The Smart TV did not work easily. The lady from the desk did come in and tried to help us which was kind. Small sacrifice for such a lovely space.

Loved this hotel. First the room is more like an apartment, it was stunning. If I were going to stay in Mesagne for a longer stay, this hotel would be a must-stay location. The price was amazing. It was one block of the center so it was super quiet with convenient free parking nearby. But so close to walk to anything you may need. Mesagne has many excellent restaurants and plenty of lively establishments if you wanted to go out after dinner. The staff was very kind. The breakfast was delicious and they went out of the way to make sure my allergies were accommodated. Beautiful high ceilings with stonework throughout the rooms and property.

Walls between rooms are very thin. Experienced quite some noise from the neighbors.

Historical, nicely renovated building. Rooms are spacious and well-equipped. Great breakfast. Easy to park nearby. Town is walking distance, and has great restaurants.

Wow I didn't expect my stay to be this good and for such a good price! - Very nice area at the pool where you can chill in the sun and rest - Spacious room with a nice balcony with a view at the church. Good spacious bathroom too. - Very kind and helpful staff - Yummy breakfast - Location is super!

Nice rooms, very clean, 50 m distance from beautifully old city of Masagne. Perfect starting point to explore top places in Puglia (Matera, Alberobello, Lecce, Otranto, Ostuni, Monopoli, Polignano a mare).

It was just a great place with lovely staff. Our flight arrived late and Sabrina waited up for us, which was much appreciated. The room was lovely, the surroundings and breakfast were great too. The pool looked inviting but we were only stopping 1 night. We will definitely return again and stay longer.

Was nothing not to like. A real gem and one of our best accommodations in our time through Italy.

Staff, location, facilities, room, breakfast and pool area were all fantastic and exceeded expectations. The staff were absolutely wonderful and made us feel so welcome. Only thing I can say is , there should be 2 sunbeds on such a large terrace.But that's only being picky

Loved everything about Tobacco Suite, can't fault it in any way.The staff were so helpful.even reserved a table for us at breakfast due to a a wedding in the hotel. Attention to detail was excellent.spotlessy clean. Can't wait to stay again in the near future. Will be recommending to family and friends 5 ⭐

Parking could sometimes be challenging but not the property's fault. 6:30am church bells, everyday - again out of staff control, bring earplugs.

The property is amazing, spotlessly clean and thought through, lovely attention to details in this stunning building, ex tobacco factory. Breakfast was nice, repetitive but fresh with enough options for few days and great coffee. I couldn't praise staff and the owner enough, everyone was very accommodating. My special Thank You go to Sabrina for very welcoming check in experience and Federica, who was super helpful and made all our coffees to order.
