Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Its in an ideal location close to the Metro station and the Spanish Quarter . Lots of great restaurants in the surrounding area , safe and clean. Room is cleaned to an excellent standard every day. Highly recommend staying here.

The 10 cents to use the elevator was strange but in reality I never had to pay so it wasn’t a problem.
The room was very clean and comfortable- the air conditioning was really useful during our hot summer stay. Rooms look recently remodeled with a modern touch. Two water bottles in mini fridge and a desk for working on laptop or having a meal. Great online communication with host- self check in process was easy.

Excellent location just off Via Toledo and short walk to two metro stations that connect you to Naples Central station in under 10 minutes. Big rooms cleaned daily with great air conditioning! Great communication and feels very safe.

The only slightly inconvenient aspect was the need to insert a €0.10 coin to use the lift during peak hours. It’s not about the cost, which is minimal, but rather the hassle of always needing the right coin. In any case, nothing truly significant.
Excellent accommodation in a central location, with services, restaurants and main attractions within walking distance. The apartment has been recently renovated, is well-maintained, and offers self check-in – a very convenient option for independent travellers. The owner is always available by phone in case of need. The room is spacious and comfortable, equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Highly recommended.

Location was great. Right in the heart of the city, close to pretty much everything. Bars, cafes, supermarkets etc all within 1 minute walk. Probably the cleanest room I have ever been to. Great communication with the hosts.

Spacious clean and tidy. Good help by owner to find the location. He was professional and thorough. Paying for the elevator was a hassle to find $.10 to put into the machine. And the elevator closed for 3 hours during the middle of the day so you had to walk the stairs. Other than that, all was good!

This was an excellent experience, all was perfect and the location is super convenient, with everything handy, including the Toledo Metro station ;to visit for the architectural design!). Service was efficient and with a warm cordiality, which I will remember. I will definitely return.

It really isn’t a hotel, but 5 rooms in an existing apartment building. Very small room, air conditioner was weak. Building was very dated with small, slow elevator, stairs to access the elevator too.

The elevator, you need to have 10 cents, which pretty hard to keep up. End up to have going up 5 stores when you dont have any.
The balcony is very nice, and the view is good as well
