Just a little further away from the metro station but it is well connected. The hair dryer is very weak though.

We like the character of the place with comfy bed and free bottle water supply.

No real hotel staff present at all times, usually had to go through bar staff that didn’t know anything about the guesthouse. The AC didn’t work.

Nice renovated but also true to original building. Great price to quality relationship. Beds were very comfortable.

Sound proofing could be improved. Had to endure an hour of techno from the guest next door at 8 in the morning.

Very quaint accommodation. Lots of bare brick walls but well restored. A very nice restaurant/cafe attached, with a discount for guests.

The stairs are a bit scary, I almost tripped once or twice.

The rustic style and well maintained interior and structure. Love all the pictures on the wall that tells the history of this little guesthouse. Very comfortable beds as well.

The bathroom is separated from the room, and a terrible smell was present all the time in the shower and WC. Noise is sometimes disturbing, coming from outside. Room service is almost inexistant, as cleaning has not been done in 3 days. The guest service does not work the whole time which make our request difficult to be addressed. Breakfast starts at 9am which is very late (it is a separated entity)

This is an historical and beautiful place, well thought to be equitable and sustainable, with a great atmosphere and community vibes. The whole « place making cultural enterprise » as they say, is very authentic and charming, with a good restaurant offering fresh ingredients, an excellent bookstore for adults and children and other activities. Special mention to the waitress for the excellent breakfast in the morning.

Uncomfortable pillows! Negated the comfort of the bed system. Some furniture to complement the age of the building would be more in keeping with the vibe.

The garden and bar was lovely. Restoration of buildings was interesting.

None of the employees spoke English, so we couldn’t really communicate with them.

An additional piece of furniture to put possessions would have been helpful. The external toilet that was assigned to our room (east room) has unfortunately smelled very unpleasant. Probably due to the fact that the humid air can not properly extract. In October, the old walls and floors were already quite cold, we froze a bit.

A late check-in was possible without any problems. The old farmhouse was tastefully restored. The location not far from the metro is good. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well. There is a shared common room which also included a refrigerator where you can store your own food. There were even free water bottles.

Nothing we didn't like.

Check-in was easy and smily. Well equipped and serviced café/bar/restaurant. We like the 10% discount. Good wine selection. Toilets are separate from the shower. Coming from the airport, we appreciated staying the night and enjoying the bar and restaurant, not having to venture elsewhere.

The place is a conversion of a historical Italian Farm house. The history is fascinating and the transformation is made the place very unique and value for money to stay at Milan. I loved the ambience of the place and should have gone for a un suite room ;)

The double room was a little small, but we made it work.

A trendy little hotel above a trendy little cafe/bar. Beautifully restored & comfortable room. I wish we didn't have to leave so early so we could have tried the breakfast downstiars.

You can hear people at the bar but honestly that didn’t bother us and we could easily sleep through it, plus they did provided us ear plugs which we didn’t have to use since it wasn’t overly loud.

Loved the vibe of the place and everything was clean and fresh. The food and drinks right below were delicious and tasted even better after a long day walking around Milan.

The staff behind the bar where nice and good at “serving bar” however when trying to check in it was quite difficult to get attention and there was a lot waiting about
