Great Place just steps away from Lake Como! The host was very nice and gave us a ride from the Bellano train station and also gave us some tips for restaurants and so. The room was really nice, there was coffee machine and best part - there are free bicycles for the guests. That was great because we could easily go the the Bellano center for breakfast or dinner or to the train stations for just 10 minutes!

Such a well run venue, and great advice and assistance at every stage. Great beach across the road and the use of 8 bicycles is just a brilliant & fun way to get into the town. The room itself was perfect for our needs with a Lavazza coffee machine, fridge and hairdryer. Nice view of the lake from our room and lovely rooftop terrace. Perfect !

We really enjoyed our stay – the location of the accommodation was excellent. Just a 10-minute walk to the town and only 30-40 meters to the beach. It was a nice touch that we could borrow beach chairs from the property, and they also offer bikes for free, which was a great bonus. We had a room with a balcony – it was spacious and had an amazing view on the lake. Even though the house is located by the road, it was very quiet inside, and we didn’t hear any noise at all. Such a lovely and relaxing place for a holiday. Our host also gave us great restaurant recommendations – every place we tried was fantastic. Thank you!

Less options for dining if after 10pm. But you can drive to another town to grab something. I was driving 20 minutes to the nearest town to buy mc Donald. For me is convenient... Nothing about dislike this hotel. Just a gentle message to the visitors without car.

Beautiful place to travelling around with your car. If you do not have car, no problem, the host also gave you bicycle to travel around the town. 15 minutes walk to the town centree

The room was super clean and comfortable. The location is amazing, nothing beats having your morning coffee on the roof terrace with that view. Giovanni is extremely helpful and friendly, i cant say enough how great he is! There are even bicycles you can ride into town, which is super convenient.

Not actually a B&B and they were very clear about that…so no problem. 😉 They should consider a name change but that could be expensive.

Great location with a very friendly host who was kind enough to pick us up from the train station. The apartment was super clean, cosy and a short walk from the shops restaurants and also ferry's. Very quiet beach just opposite also. Highly recommend here :).

We loved our stay in Bellano. The property is right across the street from a small public beach and I loved that the property had chairs and some floaties that we could use there. I was excited to use the bicycles, but the road is quite busy so we opted to ride them early in the morning when there was less traffic. We had a group of 8 and it was nice to be able to have rooms close together. The rooms were charming and clean. The property is wonderful--my favorite feature is the patio with a view. So beautiful! The town of Bellano is small. Things closed early and there weren't a lot of restaurant options, but we bought our own groceries and ate on the patio, which was so much better! Our stay here was so relaxing! We took the train from Bellano to Varenna and then took the ferry to Bellagio. We also visited the nearby waterfall orrido di bellano. It was nice, but nothing spectacular (compared to many we have seen.) There was a nearby cemetery that was fascinating to explore. We enjoyed visiting Bellagio and Varenna, but I think we enjoyed playing at the nearby beach just as much. Valle de Mulini was a great find. Our check in was easy and we felt very well taken care of. I would definitely stay here again!
