For starters, Christina was amazing! She made the trip. The property is a true gem. Incredible location, does not get better. If you have the opportunity to book the top level suite, please do! It will not disappoint. The most incredible view. If you need any help booking anything at all, Christina is amongst the best in hospitality on the Amalfi Coast, and I have stayed many places. I will be back! Thank you for everything!!

This property was in the very heart of Positano close to EVERYTHING! It was the perfect location for boating activities, shopping, eating literally everything. The staff were so kind and helpful and there were only around 20 steps from the dock to villa! Literally barely any!!!

Unbeatable location in the heart of Positano. We stayed in a fabulous 2 bedroom with a large balcony that overlooked the main square and beach. Water views were spectacular. Great little supermarket below the building was super convenient. The staff were amazing, Lucia and Cristiana went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Easy stroll to the port made catching ferries a breeze. Can’t recommend Villa Flavio Gioia highly enough!

Extremely rude cleaning lady, when we tried to enter our room, told us to leave in a very rude way and come back in 10 minutes. She could have said it in a nice way, I am not paying 500$ per night to be treated like this. Even if it was 40$ a night it costs nothing to be nice. Was a really bed experience. Good we only stayed for two nights.

Good location very close to the beach. Many restaurants nearby. Amazing view from the balcony. Great entrance garden to seat and relax. Very clean. The receptionist was very friendly.

We had a wonderful stay in Positano, and a big part of that was thanks to Cristina. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating—she truly made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The location of the hotel was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, shops, and great restaurants. Our room had a breathtaking view of the ocean, which made our stay even more special. Thank you for such a memorable experience. We can’t wait to come back!

Nothing ! Everything was excellent

Staff was beyond helpful. We got there pretty late and they did everything to make sure we could get to our room and the hotel easily. Rooms and the hotel was very clean. The small balcony was super cute and was a really nice way to enjoy the view of the city, people watching and to just relax without having to get out of the hotel.

not the hotel’s fault, but as an info for the people who like to sleep with open windows, it can get noisy during the night, we had to close the windows and keep the AC on at nights.

The location was the best, my highest priority was to be near the beach, as Positano can be very challenging if you have weak legs like me. It may seem like it’s expensive, but it’s actually very fair price for the location, room and the service in Positano, the city itself is very expensive and I couldn’t find any hotel that isn’t 2x, 3x or even 10x of the price, even near this place. Totally worth it, it’s actually like staying at your grandmother’s summer house (the grandma you love). The staff also were very nice and welcoming, ready to help with anything. The rooms were clean enough to even walk barefoot (which i never did ever even in 5*hotels)

Since it’s in such a great location toward the bottom of the town, there is outside noise that can be heard by the people passing by.

Amazing location, big beautiful room and 2 balconies looking out to the sea. Gorgeous, large private courtyard which gave us a place to hang outside of our room. Stay here, you won’t regret it!

Had a wonderful stay at Villa Flavio Gioia. It was clean and the staff were friendly. The room was a good size and the location was perfect! The only problem we had was the noise. It was very noisy, we could hear all the other guests come in and out and the cleaners woke us up with the hoover in the morning.

My husband and I stayed here at the start of our honeymoon and it was absolutely amazing. We LOVED Lucia, she was absolutely incredible and helped answer all of our questions and helped us get around. She was so nice and sweet! The location was awesome and so easy to get around either to the beach, shopping, and/or restaurants.
