The room, breakfast and staff were all excellent and really helpful and welcoming. I only marked down facilities as our shower was missing one of its glass panels so it was difficult to avoid the water going everywhere.

without the receptionist Flavia Domitilla we would probably give the hotel a negative review. She was fabulously helpful. There were non of the following that you advertised would be available. Bathrobes, Tea making facilities and although you advertise that all local taxes are included in the price we were charge 60 euros as we checked out. We questioned this with the male receptionist but were told that its impossible that the taxes could be paid in advance.

The receptionist Flavia Domitilla was the saving grace of the hotel.

The room was super cosy and clean, the staff were welcoming and helpful, the breakfast was good and included a lot of different options, and the location was good, a bit further from the bustle of the city, which made for a more relaxing stay. We caught a tram to the city centre which was always very prompt and got us quick to where we needed to go. Some good and well-priced restaurants around as well as supermarkets. It's also super close to the MAXXI museum, which was a bonus.

The delightful little boutique hotel is set quietly in a lovely residential area just off the main street, near an excellent restaurant (one minute walk) called Tiz. The staff were so friendly and always more than happy to serve us in their intimate little bar. The breakfast had a good selection of cakes, breads, meats, fresh fruit and cooked. The rooms were spotless and it was excellent value for money. A tram (no.2) stopped at the end of the road if you did not want to walk into centre.

Too noisy, rooms have thin walls and you can hear everyone in the corridor talking or being noisy. Breakfast area is too small and it's often hard to find a place to sit.

Small size, breakfast 6 out of 10 (nothing too great, nothing too bad either). It was just OK-ish. I was expecting more italian-oriented options from a 4 star hotel.

The room was decent, clean and as expected. Quite small though for 2 people (like a big-size boat cabin). Staff was helpful and communication was easy. 25-30 min walk to the nearest metro. 2 min walk to the nearest tram. 60 min walk to colosseum. Not ideally located but not bad either. Cleaning room service 7-8 out of 10. Quiet location. Value for money. I would not recommend it for more than 2-3 nights in a row (for 2 people) due to the small size.

The room was tiny but nicely decorated and very clean. Excellent hospitality. I felt welcomed and comfortable during my stay. The staff was helpful and friendly. The garden view from the room was calming and very Italian. Good celebration for breakfast. Location was good there was a lot of cute restaurants and cafes around. I enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. If your used to big rooms and more touristy locations, maybe not a best choice but if you want to experience an authentic Italian welcoming atmosphere and neighborhood, then this is definitely for you! Thank you!

The room was not like the picture I saw online. I would have booked another hotel had I known I was not going to get the room that I saw online.

Liked that the location was near the tram. Close to shopping. The receptionist was fantastic!!!
