Some small extra touches could be added such as having glassware and a corkscrew in the rooms, but overall we had a lovely time.

The villa is in a beautiful, scenic location and is very peaceful. The spa, sauna and pool was a great way to relax. The rooms were very spacious and beds comfortable. It was convenient having a restaurant at the hotel, but is more of a fine dining restaurant and was a bit expensive.

Nice view from the room, ok breakfast.

The spa was really bad. Sauna was broken and not clean at all. Overall not clean and fresh, would not recommend. Room had very old standard and the bed was pretty hard, almost like a rock.

Breakfast is worst than airport hotel. The staff and service is really bad. Reception is always empty, you have to park really far and two floors down, they dont help with the luggage. Room was not clean and wifi did not work. I travel a lot and hace stayed in many old castle hotels and this is not old is not well mantained. Bed was confortable. This should not even be two stars.

The property and spa are beautiful. The restaurant food is good.

Had to figure out when to buy water as not available all day but once I understood to buy extra at mealtimes to take to my room, I was all set.

Beautiful setting and hotel, room decor was antiques and wood floors and marble bathroom. I loved the pool area and the spa. Dinner was amazing; they have a talented chef!

What's not to like?! everything was perfect! The location is looking out into the hills surrounded by greenary it almost looks like a painting its so surreal. The room was very large and decorated beautifully. While we didn't get to use the pool or spa as we only stayed one night we did peak in and have a look and it was amazing. We did try to stay a second night to take full advantage but understanably they were fully booked. The food is definitely the star of the show though hard to believe when everything else was so good but the meal we had was devine! One of the best meals I have ever had accompanied with one of the best bottles of wine. A special mention also to the staff who were very friendly during our short stay. We willl 100% be back for a longer break to take full advantage of everything.

Excellent location surrounded by the lovely countryside, stunning and prestigious villa, friendly staff and great service. Room was enormously spacious, garden patio outside and very tidy and clean.

Everything is old broken and dirty. Place looks like a rundown hospital with dirty floors and beds.

Place was disgusting. Dirty bed sheets, dirty pillows, old broken furniture, just plain gross! We left the premises immediately upon arrival. This place should not even be listed by booking.com as there are promoting 100% false advertising.
