It's only the location and there's not alot of variety options in the breakfast buffet.

First of all iwant to thank Mr.francesco. on the front desk who really make things easy and smooth in all way..he helped us in all way he can just to make me feel comfortable he upgrade me from room to suite just to let me feel staitfied .iwas upset at the beginning beacuse I wanted a different room..and he immediately respond..and upgrade me with very affordable price.

although there are bus stations close to the hotel but general speaking it is kind of far from the downtown Rome.

they offer breakfast and the room is clean.

The shower was super inconveniently built in my room, 1) one wall open, which meant that the complete bathroom was soaked whenever I showered, 2) it was just a wall shower, and pointing exactly into the direction that was open. Who in their right mind could have built that? I would've given a 10 but for this. Please replace it with a handheld shower, it shouldn't mean a big expense, and it's more convenient to shower with that anyway.

Spotlessly clean, comfortable, good air conditioning, exceptional breakfast, kind staff. It was a very good stay.

    Can't think of anything

We arrived from Venice via train for a night before our return flights home to Canada. We choose the property, a northern suburb of Rome, for it's beautiful gardens and peaceful location. After check-in we took a taxi to the Metro Station Cipro on the red line (cost 15 euro) to Barberini stop and walked to the Trevi fountain, continued walking to the Colosseum, up the hill near the park into a high end neighbourhood and found a cute street side cafe for dinner. Continued to walk to the Metro station Manzoni on the red line back to Cipro, & taxi to hotel. The property is well maintained, clean and has knowledgeable & friendly staff. The history of the nuns running Villa Maria Regina was intriguing. Thanks for a restful and rejuvenating stay.

If you want to visit Rome, hotel is to far from everything. Nearest metro station is more than 5km from the hotel. If you want to take a drink you have to use vending machine. They don't have bar or restaurant in the hotel. Nearest restaurant is 2km away.

Hotel is very clean. Breakfast is the same every morning.

For a 4 stars hotel, you expect a little bit more quality. A little bit far of the centrum - around 1 h with public transport.

Old structure may be requiring a bit of a renovation. Going to the breakfast room for example is a bit like going in a dungeon. Being Rome also a bit higher quality in the breakfast selection.

Good area and good service. Rate a bit high for the type of hotel which should be more a 3 star rather than 4 but acceptable given it is located in a nice area of Rome.

The curtains in the room didn’t block out the light, because of where the curtain poll is on the wall there is a large gap between the wall and curtains letting a lot of light in.

The hotel was nice, clean & staff were friendly. If your looking to be near shops, restaurants or tourist attractions then this one isn’t for you. If you are looking to get out of the city then it’s a nice hotel to relax in.

The biggest source of frustration was the 'double bed' which was actually two single beds pushed together with one sheet covering the two. When sleeping the two beds would inevitably slide apart and I would have to keep getting up and pushing them back together. A bit of a disappointment when paying specifically for a double bed. The shower was also quite uncomfortable and impractical in use, as it was impossible to use without flooding the bathroom floor. Dinner was also a bit pricey although it was very nice.

The staff were very friendly and helpful with any request. My room and en-suite were both very clean.

The light switches are lit at night which makes it impossible to have room completely dark. A design fault/issue. Apparently no bar service and no food service for evening/lunch or if was there no info was presented by staff. Vending machines were out of order leaving guests without any apparent access to buy drinks/water and snacks. Would expect food and bar service to be available at a 4 star hotel. Apparatus not to be fully up and running post covid yet

Room recently renovated and very clean. Large and comfortable, in room coffeemachine.
