Photos of Superior room are a little misleading and balcony is very narrow, bed is pretty hard, and it's not a king-size as advertised but 2 singles pushed together..

Exceptionally friendly staff, very good buffet breakfast, mainly vegetarian which suited me. Fantastic views from the roof terrace. Rooms serviced every day.

Rooftop needs a little attention and also make people aware that there is an extra charge for using the hot tubs before you get there. No restaurant open.

The hotel is slightly out of the centre and although within walking distance of old town, it might not suit a person with mobility issues. The front rooms of the hotel overlook a fairly busy road which some may find the traffic noise an issue.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, with a special mention for Marco and Serena at reception. The breakfast was good and typical continental fare. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. The hotel is about 25 minutes by taxi from the airport and you should expect to pay around 35 euro. Tip...take the bus from the airport to Alghero, it costs only €1.30 one way and takes around 35 minutes. There is a supermarket within 10 minutes walk of the hotel. Old town is roughly a 15 minute walk from the hotel. Overall, this is a very nice hotel with fantastic staff throughout, and I would definitely stay here again.

I wish the room had a safe and more drawers but otherwise the room was good.

The location was about a 20 minute walk to the old town. Convenient for us. Breakfast was great. Room was fine.

That the hot tubs up on garden roof were not working got told on arrival so v disappointing as booked it for that facility too. Shower could have been better too.

Having to pay for cold tub.

It was my fault. I booked this for the "hot tub" on the roof top and when we arrived thats all I wanted to do but I was informed we had to booked a time and pay for it. The water was cold so we didn't do it. When I relooked at my booking.com it mentioned that in the fine print. So my bad but I wouldn't have picked this hotel otherwise. I had a less expensive picked out that I would have booked. The lady at the desk was very friendly and enthusiastic.

The selection of foods for breakfast was limited. There were no cushions for the sun beds and chairs on the roof terrace.

The room was spacious and was cleaned every day. The staff were very friendly. The location of the hotel was a 10 minute walk from the city centre. The roof terrace had wonderful views of the coastline.

The shower was very small and without a space to put our toilletries.

Tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms would have been a bonus.

The two rooms were both functional and clean. The location is close to the old town and set quite high up, which allows for great views of the Mediterranean Sea. But less able-bodied people might find the last few minutes' walk back to the hotel a bit taxing in the height of summer. Breakfast was optional and we decided to eat out, so we can't comment on that.

Bedroom basic, beds could be updated, felt like camp beds. Hotel is an old building which is lovely and the rooms too but a cheap flat pack wardrobe and basic beds wasn’t in keeping with the room Lovely outdoor area but nothing happening in it even though breakfast busy no atmosphere elsewhere.

The room was very outdated, and it lacked out so many things. The bed was meant to be double but it was actually two single.matress which was spreading apart
