Difficult to find - didn't realise it was inside the conca d'or hotel so spent a long time looking for it. Steps on the way up are quite long so dont recommend walking from port with luggage. Slightly overpriced for what you're getting - doesn't have a pool, gym etc.

Very picturesque and lovely place to stay - staff very helpful, room was lovely and breakfast was great. beautiful view overlooking positano, and compared to prices of other hotels around the area this one was very reasonable.

Long walk from main beach. Local bus always full and running a 30min-40 min cycle. Dinner is totally overpriced compared to local restaurants.

it was very small and quiet - we were the only residents. you are given breakfast in the nearby hotel Bizentina which was absolutely wonderful food. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Good views of Positano from the road. Close enough to Positano to walk everywhere and far enough out that it was very quiet.

Directions to the place should be clearer. You cannot trust google maps! Also, the (economy) room was very small. Possibly the ones with a view are bigger. Bathroom was large but the shower stall was tiny. This was common in Italy but I wasn't expecting it in this kind of place.

Nicely furnished room with a big bathroom and a balcony. Breakfast at their other nearby hotel was huge and delicious! Host was very friendly and helpful--she came quite a way to find us when we were lost getting there.

A booking was placed for a driver by the receptionist but unfortunately had to be canceled. when staff placed the booking we were not told that there would be a cancellation fee charged on our account. The cancellation fee was 50 percent of the total charge for the driver.

Information on how to get to the reception would be appreciated as the apartment is a far walk from the hotel reception. Also parking in Positano is 70 euro on top of your stay, bare that in mind as we thought it was included with the room, never mind!

The sound proofing needs some improvement and the food for breakfast seemed more like a 3-star hotel rather 4-star (there were little choices)

Not easy to get to on public transport given elevated position in Positano but only 20 minutes walk, relatively easy uphill. Buffet breakfast charged for omelettes which was disappointing given cost of room. Restaurants views and service excellent aside.

A lovely apartment and very helpful staff. Just what was needed for tired feet after hiking the path of Gods. During check in we were offered a lovely cold glass of water. The apartment was spacious and clean. It was nice to have a bath with a jet spa setting!

The minibar in the room is chargeable but this is not listed on Booking.com. it would be helpful to note this in the room description so that it’s clear before guest arrival. it would also help if clear directions to the property are provided, as I found it slightly difficult to find.

The property was comfortable and well-designed, in keeping with the landscape. the views are unbeatable. I found everything to be clean and present. the host who greeted me was very friendly. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.

Coffee facilities in the room would have been good to have and also a proper double bed rather than two single beds pushed together. we did have issues with our hot water as was cold but the engineer was called immediately and sorted out the problem so was all resolved very quickly to which we were grateful.

The location was fantastic. A sensational view , a beautiful room and gorgeous marbled floors, very romantic and clean.

The hotel staff was nice and kind and helped us with everything we needed. The location of the hotel was great. The breakfast was especially delicious and the view was breathtaking.

We weren't expecting it to be so swish!! Absolutely loved our stay, the staff were exceptionally friendly, professional and super duper helpful! Beautiful views and amazing food, if you stay here make sure you eat dinner in the connected restaurant at least once because it's insanely delicious food and terrific service!!

The outdoor area I thought I would have a different view of Positano. There are also so many cats in the vicinity that it smells like poop. And the location is quite a hike. Next time, I would stay closer to the ground.
