Beautifull villa

Unknowingly, we did not book breakfast beforehand so there was nothing available to us in the morning… a bit sad, the hotel could have offered us a simple coffee or juice nevertheless to get us on our way. She did help us with a good place to eat.

Very, very beautiful house with classic-style rooms and bathrooms that suit this Toscany-style villa. Wish I could have stayed longer here. Very helpful host and provided me with all the info so I could enter the room as we arrived late in the evening. Safe private parking in the back.

The easy access just right outside he walls. Free parking and comfortable room although very basic. Very clean and a wonderful staff.

Alicia was wonderful. She booked as a very good restaurant for dinner. The place has a parking and once we arrived we went everywhere by foot. The breakfast was very good and the price was a surprise Locca is beautiful. Was very lively on Sunday

I was not able to receive information via e-mail due to some system's failure. The host helped me to solve the problem and was very supportive. The villa is very close to the town centre, situated a short walking distance from one of the entrances in the wall. It was a clean apartment and a good choice to stay in Lukka

Great place 8 min walk from the wall of Lucca.- best location ever! Clean and comfortable. Great communication with the owner. We were very happy with our choice.

it’s huge across the road from entrance into old city takes ten minutes to walk into the city beautiful place . great parking for our car . we will come back here each time we come to Lucca

Being an older house, the doors don't truly isolate the noise. You can listen to other guests walking around, up the stairs or going to breakfast in different hours that yours. The breakfast was OK but we needed to wait for the drinks (the lady was going up and down the stairs, to the kitchen, I imagine) as they were not side by side with the salty and sweet options on the buffet.

The friendliness of the staff started earlier that the check-in moment. Due to a medical situation the host phoned me to be sure that I've received all the details for an easy self check-in. And so it was. When we entered, we just fell in love with the lovely decoration of the room. A stylish old style. It's really close to Luca centre, 5 minute walking, which is obviously a plus. Even via WhatsApp, the host was lovely and recommended us the restaurant for dinner, which was a nice surprise.

Location and facilities very good. Unfortunately our host was in hospital! But she organised good breakfasts for us nearby. Really it's an ideal location for car-based visitors. Very close to the walls, making accessing the city centre very convenient. 15 minutes walk to the centre of the centre.

Great decoration, nicely picked furniture pieces, extraordinary breakfast from local produce. Parking at the house and very close to the city wall and city center. Alicia had great recommendations for restaurants! Thanks for everything

The villa is on the main road and thus expect considerable road noise, also during the night. In the morning you can hear the other guests walking (squeaky floors), and conversations from the breakfast room (our room was on the ground floor next to the breakfast area)

Charming old villa, very nice hostess Alicia, efficient communication, very close to the walled city. Really convenient and safe parking. Very nice breakfast with local specialties (although could be a little bit more ;) I recommended for a short stay.

The place is perfectly located just outside of Lucca’s wall. Alicia is just the perfect and helpful host. The breakfast is amazing, with a lot of local food and products. Strongly recommended!

The breakfast, which consisted of locally sourced cured meats, cheeses, honey & jams, was delicious. The manager also went above and beyond to accommodate my gluten free request. Our room had great views of the area & beautiful vintage tile in the bathroom. The location couldn't be beat as we were right outside the historic walls of Lucca with an easy 10 minute walk to get pretty much anywhere in the city. Highly recommend!

It was great! The only minor thing is that some of the sockets did not fit european plugs.

Alicia is a great host! Breakfast with the cake made by her nonna was really nice. The location is also amazing.

This was the best choice in Lucca. Alicia - the manager of the Villa - gave us perfect delicious breakfast , and advices which made our trip even better.

Toilet is dated, insect larvae on the floor, air conditioning is weak which didn’t help the summer heat

Big, bare, and fairly cold room. Nothing really unpleasant, but nothing particularly good either. Needs more soft furnishings to make it quieter and more welcoming

air conditioning was almost non existent and a fair amount of traffic noise as we opened windows for cooler air.
