We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

SingaporeThe cleanliness of the room might need some improvement. There’s a layer of dust on top of the minibar shelf, one of the complementary bottles of water was opened and used. I found not a single glass for drinking water or wine, instead, only plastic cups are placed in the room (hmmmm…)
The location of hotel is excellence, easy to go anywhere, by metro or by walk if you prefer. The hotel itself is nicely designed and renovated. The hotel staff is warm/friendly/helpful. They have very comfy bed and pillows !

United KingdomWe found that upon arrival we where rushed through the checking in process which in turn left us with little knowledge about the hotel and also Milan in general. With only 3 days in Milan we wanted to explore and have a action packed time. After being told this was a service the hotel offered by another guest we felt that we hadn’t been given the same treatment upon arrival receiving little information from the hotel about the surrounding area, tickets for sightseeing etc. Had we of been given more information we would be booked tickets/tours through the hotel which in turn would of made our stay more enjoyable and easy. Our room was not made up until late evening on the first night of our stay and after asking was made up without replenishing the coffee and bathroom amenities. We were not shown where the gym, breakfast room, bar etc where and was under the impression that the outside bar/terrace was available for use. It was only when complaining about all of the above we where then given a full explanation.
Location, facilities, decor and food where all beautiful and brilliant. We felt safe for our entire stay with most places being a walkable distance and the hotel being in a nice part of the city. The room was beautiful.

SingaporeThe reservation team (as well as the booking.com team!) is very accommodating and allowed my last minute changes! The Westin team upgraded our room and everything was perfect. We had a very enjoyable stay and I slept very well! The location seems to be more of a central business district area however main attractions ar very easily accessible on the nearby train station.
