1. I think Legends has had its best time, very much outdated 2.The reception 😑 They need customer service training ASAP. The lady simply has no character just sitting there almost annoyed. No welcome, no how was your stay? Terrible attitude 3. Housekeeping 😑 Oh my goodness please please please TRAIN them, as they do not know how to clean. Get them proper cleaning supplies. The only thing they do is sweep the floor, mop with the same water they did 7 other rooms before that and put clean sheets 🙄 I was in the room when 3 different ladies did the room it’s just not okay. I even took the broom and did one part myself because she would go around the slippers where there was sand all over 🤦🏽‍♀️ 3. The breakfast/ dining area PLEASE do something about the flies while visitors are eating. It’s just not okay. 4. The room needs more and better lightning.

We loved the location. The beach was amazing Unfortunately there were no rooms on the beach side. The breakfast lady was always nice and smiling. Big up to her ❤️

Room AC took a long while to cool the room, which meant that the first night's sleep wasn't great. After that it was excellent.

The location and beach facilities are excellent. Comfy sun bed, clean beach, bar nearby :-) Lots of activity on the beach to keep people watching entertaining. Usual offers of trips, momentos, etc, but nothing too pushy.

I didn't have breakfast but they need to put adequate railings because young kids could easily fall through the rails upstairs. Better cushions on the balcony seating and they need to provide permanent kettle and an ice bucket 🪣. Plus why not have a microwave in the rooms?This is modern time not the 70s or 80s.

Accommodation is located on both sides of the road. A bit dated. Beachfront was not available. Garden view seems dark because of overhanging trees. furniture dated. Front door and balcony door ill fitted, so ants, etc could get in the room. I could not enjoy the balony area, as i had it caulked up with toilet paper Request to address blocked shower, sink, poor flushing tiolett, and issues with doors not addressed.

Nice location, along thev7 mile beach. Big spacious room with balcony .Beautiful pool area on the garden side. Lovely beaches on the other side of the hotel. Restaurant, good local amenities , taxi services for local attractions. Most of the staff were pleasant and very helpful

Couldn't sit on beach front balcony to look at the water because the wall are to tall. With there was a way to sit outside on the balcony and look at the water. Didn't like that this veiw was a rusty old rooftop from our balcony

Very little by way of explanation about how the all inclusive package works-figure it out for yourself was the vibe we got. The beds are awful. We didn’t get a good nights sleep the entire stay. Housekeeping never quite got the linens figured out. For 4 people sometimes we got four towels but sometimes only three. Wash clothes were very random and not once was there a hand towel for in the bathroom.

Great location. Most staff were very friendly which is typical of Jamaica. Both pools were nice and well kept grounds. Good drinks and food was not bad

Local taxes are not charged till you get there n extra from this booking. A roach was in our room but it’s the garden side we just screamed a little then killed it nothing that serious majority of these places are older beach type motels it’s to be expected but the price is good so. Ants in bathroom because window is an open air concept again nothing major n didn’t go further than bathroom. Overall it was clean. Garbage stinch was gross but only last when u walk in/out if gate

Beachfront but be sure to not book garden side across street but it’s not bad just a very bad garbage stitch at entrance but you only smell it walking thru n the road is busy to cross but it’s not that serious n the gaurd will help if he sees you. The location is great if u want to be walking distance to majority of things but it has a downside too. We were the first room on garden side 601 n we never slept. The noise from the club never stopped till 3/4 in morning n we wanted rest so if u wanna party n can sleep thru music so loud u can feel the vibes literally perfect place. The garden side pool is nice clean n private. We didn’t dine. Beach chairs are free but if u not up at dawn you won’t get one. Everyone was pleasant enough. Not rude but not ecstatic to see you either but I thinks it’s just the carefree Jamaican vibes not rude tho. We did buy a fridge $12 a day for me it was worth it. Shower pressure was really really good n water almost scolding. Be careful but I’ll never complain about hot water out the country. Housekeeping came regularly. Always a taxi n late night jerk available roadside right by you!

The bathroom are a little bit old but okay for us.

The beach is awesome. We really appreciated the staff, particulary the security guardian. He helped us with our car. The big swimming pool was cool too ! Coktail and breakfast were good !

Overpriced for what I paid. I paid for an ocean view room which you could only see the sea if your standing up due to a high wall. Property particularly room is in desperate need of renovation & update. Didn’t even have a drinking glass, tissues or any amenities in the room. Got a coffee machine with no coffee. Very disappointing
