United StatesThe buffet in the main area is open so flies are free to pitch on the food…better coverage would be more hygienic. I saw guests using their fingers to scrape cheese from a knife meant for community use and another touch bread w his bare (could be germ ridden) hands..closer watch in these areas would be great to maintain healthy food hygiene. As a pescatarian, it would have been great to have fish as am option from the jerk pit.
It’s stunningly beautiful, like living in a postcard. Lots of variety and options for food. Entertainment was top notch..especially the nightly shows.

United StatesI didn't like that there was no ATM on the premises and that we had to go next door to use the ATM. I also didn't like the way the ice cream is open in the freezer, and there's no dispenser, so everyone, including kids, has to use the same scoop to get the ice cream. That is very unsanitary. I didn't like that there were times we couldn't get anything to eat during the day, because the food in the Sport Bar is not for everyone and that's also unsanitary, because it was a mess. Lastly, the Jerk Center started to not let the chicken soak on the grill, so the chicken hasn't been good either time I went there. Otherwise, everything else was good.
I loved the breathtaking views, the beach, the staff that we've met. The food from the buffet was good.
