The pillows were very bad We didn’t like for a five star hotel charging for ordering ice in the room There water was very worm They could of put few bottles of water in the fridge This was very surprising for us Not used to five star hotel charging for ice They should of had a better pillows Also the cleaning personnel are not trustworthy Things disappear without reason

Hotel is pitching to 5 star audience however isn’t there yet. Called 3 times for water, bar booked out for function so where do paying guests bring their guests for drink? Few areas fell short

So i booked two separate rooms and when i arrived they said i have booked for connected rooms, i had to shout and call the manager and showed him the booking in order to believe. It was frustrating when i arrived tbh

The windows are dirty and need to be cleaned to complete your experience, You have to ask for a bathrobe and slippers and dental kit they’re not there, but they responded quickly

The food quality is the only thing we didn't like ,its obvious that the quality of food doesn't meet this establishment, also portion and presentation is very low ,suits a 2 star hotel ,other than that the hotel is excellent and will stay there again , hope they fix this issue with their head cheif , the shower drainage should be bigger in both shower and near the tub

Service was slow, not kind, not helpful.

Rooms and room service were amazing! Beds were fabulous. Breakfast was included but not opened long before we had to leave first Petra but it looked amazing. Got a coffee to go - speedy service dies not exist. The dinner restaurants and bar were deserted so it felt odd eating there in the hotel but there were not many choices in the mall except for fast food so room service was a good option and food was great. The front desk was slow, confused, and couldn’t check a briefcase as we had a laptop in it.

Housekeeping forgot to clean our room one day and room stock wasn’t replenished. Most of the gels and creams containers didn’t work. Phone next to bed didn’t work. No nightlight, so if one of us woke up to go to the bathroom, the light wakes up the other person, especially with the glass partition that lets the light in. No privacy.

The breakfast is very good. Batool, one of the staff, went above and beyond to keep us happy.

I think for the price of this hotel, they could offer complimentary breakfast for guests.

Clean and comfortable beds, staff were nice & friendly. Nice view of Amman from our rooms. Location near Boulevard area however the Uber drivers that we booked told us that they do not like picking passengers up from this hotel as the drop off area is rather awkward - for eg we got dropped off a few meters away from the hotel’s main entrance for some reason…
