I recently stayed at H Luxury Hotel and couldn’t be more pleased with my choice! The hotel is spotlessly clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. Its location, just a stone's throw from the Petra visiting center entrance, made my trip so much easier and enjoyable. A special shout-out to Momen at the reception—he was extremely helpful and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to Petra!

This is an exceptional hotel in walking distance to Petra. The staff are so friendly and informative. The breakfast had lots to offer and very tasty. The pool and jacuzzi were a lovely bonus after a day walking around Petra. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

This is a fantastic hotel, within a short walk to the historic Petra site. It's spotlessly clean, the staff are fantastic and extremely comfy. It's very sad to see such a beautiful hotel, and place so empty due to the current situation in Gaza. We didn't feel unsafe at any point. Free hibiscus tea on arrival, good parking, just a great experience

A lovely warm friendly welcome, impressed with interior design, it felt luxurious, comfortable mattress, wifi works, TV works, water on arrival, prompt service, nothing was too much for the staff.. A nice breakfast, value for money.. A short walking distance to entrance to Peta..

Wonderful staff. Amazing location to get into Petra. I cannot fault the property. The staff. The room. The location. 10/10. A member of staff called Ayaz brought us complimentary tea and snacks to our room after we had a long trek in Petra. Just shows the level of hospitality and care they give.

The staff were outstanding, going above and beyond to meet our needs, even preparing breakfast before serving hours. The hotel's prime location, just a five-minute walk from Petra's main entrance, made our visit exceptionally convenient. Overall, an excellent stay.

Restaurant closed all the time so I had my breakfast everyday at the room. Pool area not well maintained and sauna off all the time.

We chose the hotel because of its proximity to Petra, a 7 minute walk and also because of its good reviews and we were so pleased we did. We arrived early and were welcomed so warmly by the reception. The hotel is very modern, built in 2017 and did have a luxurious feel. Our room was well appointed and had a beautiful view over the city. We had a continental breakfast with lots of options and a cooked bread was available on request. We were looked after so well by the staff. I have only positive things to say and if you are coming to Petra, this is definitely the place to stay.

The breakfast is very minimal, it could be made better especially the pastries. I believe the quality/quantity is not decent because there were not many guests during the stay. The cold water was not running properly in the bathroom. toothbrush/paste is not available in the bathroom. Wifi connection in the room is not stable.

The room is a modern design & comfortable. I like the light switch panel & water boiler in the room. I can see the entrance of Petra and sunset from my room. The pool is nice for relaxing. The staff are very nice. 10mins walk to reach the Petra entrance. The welcoming drink is nice.

They mentioned that they had a buffet for dinner, but in fact, it was just table service. Thus, It took much time that expected, and we were late for the night concert.

It's a clean, new-furnitured hotel with many facilities like pool, sauna and restaurant. It's about 7 mins walk to Petra visitor centre. All stuff was friendly and provided a lot of information regarding activities in this place. Breakfast was nice with a lot of choices, including fresh fruits.

Honestly, the staff is beyond helpful, especially Mr. Momen Alhelalat, we arrived late at night there was some issue with hot water at night but they solved it within 10 mins, welcome drinks, suggestions on what to visit and what time.

Very clean and luxurious property at a great location. The whole experience was amazing - from the time we were greeted at the reception till the time we departed. Staff were super friendly and more than welcomed us with an early check-in and late check-out. The property is new and our room had all the amenities we needed.
