The TV was not working. The massuese at the spa was very good but the spa facility as such is quite underwhelming. Variety for breakfast is limited.

Really liked the staff and overall stay at Holiday Inn.

some times there is cart sounds in the night and the early morning but its not that big deal

the staff was really helpful and super friendly they upgraded our room to pool view room, the hotel have heated pools and play area for kids, the breakfast buffet was delicious and varied. they have nice beach with nice view for the sunset. Mr. Mahmoud Al-Masri and Mr. Haitham was really cooperative and made our stay more comfortable, also chef Murad and Mr, qusai from the restaurant was really nice and they gave us complementary drinks for the kids.

In the Middle East it is common to have a luggage check and scan when entering a hotel, we appreciate this as a level of security. After extensive travels this was the first time that personal items were questioned and confiscated for the duration of our stay. We found this to be invasive and ridiculous - far from a warm welcome. In our case we were travelling with Bluetooth speakers which we (as 50 year olds) only use to play music in our room. These were taken away until check out. Also our camera was initially withheld until we showed them it was not a drone (as they assumed and were about to confiscate without even checking). Also there is a finesse that was lacking with charging items to the room - to be asked several times during dinner and breakfast the room number was a little jarring.

We liked the setting which leads straight down to the Dead Sea. The main pool was closed as it was December and the hotel seemed to be on skeleton staff. The restaurant and bar area were ok. Many of the staff were lovely.

I advise to look again of the price of the dinner as it is not reasonable and guests choose to go to other restaurants and not to dine in because of the high prices.

As am a golden Member am used to be in Holliday inn and used on the atmospher and I ready feel home , and if I find something not the way I am used to I ask and immediately it is there. Thank you for the efforts and especial thank you to Mr. Mohammad khaled from front desk and to hassan from the pool and the crew in the main restaurant belline Maria Baker maohammad and the whole staff and also to Chief Murad al hasanat.

There are a lot of flies, even to open the door is dificult if you want to avoid let them in.

The Hotel has a perfect location, with an own beach to dead sea. Most of the staff is kind and helpful. Rooms are nice, clean and well equiped. The cuisine is also good and variable. They provide mineral water for free.

I had requested through booking.com for a late check out to be arranged. I was told that could only be arranged upon arrival. Upon arrival, I was told it was not possible and need to check in the morning. I explained i am happy to pay the additional charge or at least give me 1- 2 hours free extension, but they did not accept. In the morning i checked again and was told the hotel is full. I said it is not the season, parking is empty and pool is empty. They said they are opperating at low capacity. I did not feel valued as a customer.

The actual room itself did not quite satisfy 5* standards, and a couple of defects were clearly discernible inside the room, which included staining around the bathroom area.

The resort has its own private beach for accessing the Dead Sea, which is staffed by extremely helpful, attentive lifeguards. Upon arrival to the hotel, a great first impression is gleaned by the interior of the well-kept lobby. Furthermore, the breakfast buffet served a wide variety of items to satisfy every kind of palate. Local attractions are easily accessible from the hotel including the rather spectacular Mount Nebo.

We opted for a spa which was a complete waste of time and money. And the spa manager was not even willing to accept the feedback for poor quality.

The property was amazing with great views , friendly staff and a nice beach. The breakfast buffet was elaborate and delicious and the staff were always available in case of any extra requests

The food was terrible. The fruit were stale and tasteless, the desserts were the same. The food tasted package bought and cheap. It put me off actually WANTING to eat.

I loved the easy private access to the Dead Sea and the beautiful view of the sunset.

Stunning view, pools, access to dead sea and mud very easily within the hotel grounds. Probably the nicest outside areas I have ever seen in a hotel Some free drinks in the mini bar Check out at 12 Free towels
