The room was a little small for 2 people but we managed.

The hotel was very clean, provided additional towels and other toiletries, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We left an item behind on accident and the staff were very helpful in finding the item and arranging shipment of the item back to us in a prompt manner. Thank you!

I stayed there at the beginning of April, it was still quite cold outside during the night. At first air conditioning worked in heat mode but then it switched to cooling mode (automatically). It's not possible to control the modes for a guest, I guess they switch modes for the whole hotel. So, it was quite cold in the room during the night even with the AC switched off.

Very nice location (close to JR station, Ueno park, Akihabara, seven eleven nearby). There was space under the bad for storing suitcases.

The A/C had a bit of an odd smell coming out of it when we turned it on, seemed a bit dusty? Not a big issue, but sometimes would feel kind of stuffy because of it.

Bathroom was clean and had all amenities we needed. Location was next to 3 stations, especially was nice to have Okachimachi station nearby for easy access to the Yamanote loop line. The neighborhood was very quiet as well.

The location is great since it is close to 2 subway stations, and specially close to the station that goes to Narita airport. The room is quite small but it has everything we needed. Compared to other APA this one had the TV in the wall so it doesn´t use space in the desk.

Tons of unnecessary plastic. Example: Toothpaste in plastic tube wrapped up in plastic bag. But why??? They are making up your room every third day because the are 'eco-friendly' but the use plastic bags basically for everything, toothpastes, umbrellas, cups,... what a logic. Breakfast is other problem. You can choose from two menus (asian and american) but they are SAME everyday. After week of spicy pho or ultra sweet pancakes you may vomit. Japan cusine is so good but this breakfast is the WORT experience!

The lobby has limited seats. A long queue at the reception as this hotel is chosen by many tourists.

location near subway dan JR station, a lot of cafe, minimarkets, popular local restaurants. I arrived at hotel at midnight and its really safe. saw no beggar around the street. Room was small but comfortable. absolute the fluffy bed, yukata, and Japanese sandal. I could open my 24 inch luggage and packed souvernirs easly. Wifi Good. easily adjustable lighting. Pretty calm at night eventho near main street.

There is a small entrance hall and no common space where to relax when one doesn't want to be in the tiny room. Breakfast was lousy, but there are plenty of spaces around to get something better and cheaper.

The location is amazing, close to two subway stations, walkable distance from many places of interest in Tokyo and easy to get to other locations by subway. Bed was comfy, albeit small.

We stayed in many APA hotels throughout our trip and this was the only room that we stayed in that needed maintenance. Other than a few small repairs, everything was good!

Nothing to point out! Rooms are certainly a bit small, but this is the case of almost every hotel in Japan. It was a good size for two people.

The location is great, very close to the Ueno station and park and relatively close to Akihabara. Quite a few of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Staff was always super lovely and helpful. Bed was comfortable and bathroom had everything you could need. The pyjamas were also lovely!

Over all the hotel is okay its a little small but considering the hotels in tokyo its okay.

It’s convenient to the metro and near the train for the airport and the staff are really accommodating and would help you the best way they can

Some of the changed sheets were a bit worn out. The carpet can be cleaner, maybe the workers were in a rush.

It's quiet and comfortable with the soundproof windows. Toilet is amazingly clean hope it stays that way.

Probably not a fault of the hotel as much, but the restaurant as a breakfast option isn’t that good. 2 pre-set meal choices. Next time I’d just go to the 7/11 and Lawson for better and save of money.

Clean, tidy, friendly and welcoming. Ideal location for Akihabara and Ueno - and plenty of nightlife areas around. Train stations 3-4 min walk in both directions, connections everywhere.
