The apartment was spaciuos, immaculately clean, well equipped kitchen, bathroom clean, the bed comfortable. Amenities were great (coffee, tea, etc.) huge Washing machine with dryer. we were given a free upgrade to bigger room and it was much appreciated.

If I visit Kanazawa, I will definitely book this Center Point again. The apartment is spacious and very clean. There was a parking lot allocated to us about 100m away. The manager is also very helpful with a cheerful smile.

The parking is a few minutes walk. Just make sure to park in your designated spot, as the parking place is shared with other businesses. We got scolded by a lady for parking in the wrong one (It was our mistake!)

We had a great stay! The room was very spacious, especially compared to the hotels we stayed at in Japan. It had three very comfy beds. There was a dinner table and a small kitchen, which was really convenient. The bathroom had a washing machine and a dryer, although we didn’t end up using them. Everything was very clean and had everything we needed — kitchen utensils, microwave, kettle, bath amenities, etc. Even though it was a self-check-in system, we were warmly greeted by a very friendly lady. The location is also great, there's a bus stop and a grocery store right in front. I totally recommend it!

Large by Japanese standards. Comfortable beds, very modern facilities including washer/dryer and bathroom heating. Bus stop out the front, convenience shop across the road. Short walk to Main Street restaurants and shops. Friendly staff at check in. Very easy to deal with. Highly recommend !

The room was huge and had everything we needed. We put the washer-dryer to good use :D The kitchen was well equipped and they even provided coffee. We sent them a message to check if we could check-in earlier as my daughter wasn’t feeling good, and they made sure they cleaned the room in advance so we could check-in earlier. That was greatly appreciated.

We arrived at 7:30 p.m., and a gentleman who spoke excellent English was still working. He gave a concise introduction to the check-in procedures and rules. This place is larger and newer than it appears in the photos. This is our third trip to Japan, and the cleanliness of this hotel surpasses all the others we’ve stayed in before. Our assigned parking spot was on flat ground, just a two-minute walk from the hotel, making it very easy to access. The room layout was perfect for our family of four, and the quality of the beds and bedding was excellent. The hotel’s management and room design are both very smart. The only thing I regret is booking just five days—we should have stayed longer.

The location is convenient. There's a bus stop and supermarket right in front. They also provide car parking. The room size is large with large windows giving ample light. Beds are comfortable and clean. Our family loves that there is a washer and dryer and a kitchen. Overall Center Point Kanazawa is convenient clean and comfortable.

The beds were super comfy, and instructions were easy to follow for getting the bus, using the washing machine. Easy walk to some of the gardens. Bus stop right outside the hotel. Love love this place. Would like a bedside lamp as the lights were super bright!😂

The apartment is quite big with kitchen & cooking utensils. It cater for 4 people.The washing machine & dryer really convenient for a family with kids. Location is near to the city center just a walking distance.

We love how spacious and clean the place was. I especially loved the washer/dryer which we used everyday. The place was also very near the bus stop and it has elevator. It also has a lot of amenities like coffee, tea, etc. Definitely love this place for our family!

Great location, parking spot is available. The room for four of us is very big and comfy. It also has washing machine (with dryer), fridge and cooking top. Everywhere is very clean and tidy. A very comfortable place to stay in Kanazawa. Strongly recommended!

A spacious, clean apartment. It was great having a large window to let in the winter sun. It was an easy walk from bus stop 8 on the right loop sightseeing bus. There’s a little mini mart across the road, a good bakery and eateries all about. Walking distance to the museums, garden, castle. Communication from Centre Point Kanazawa was excellent. Highly recommend for the great price.

No one collects garbage and I have not got any instructions about where to empty the garbage bin.

I love the kitchen, it equips all necessary tools and you can make a decent meal in it. Washing machine plus the dehumidifier in the bath are most helpful for travelers who travel more than a week. The room is spacious and I am very comfortable in it. In short, it’s actually like a service apartment.

The room was much larger than expected and we had an amazing stay here in Kanazawa. The public transport to and from the station was also reliable and it was a great plus point to choosing to stay within the city rather than closer to the station. Facilities wise, everything is as described and we encountered no issues. Additionally, we were also able to easily communicate with the host/owner to clarify on any questions we had. Definitely a place I would highly recommend and return to in the future!

Everything about this place is just so perfect. I just cannot convey my appreciation for this place in words. It literally made our trip here so much better. Everything you can and cannot think of will live way up to your expectation. Let's put it this way, if I visit Kanazawa in the future, I won't choose anywhere else unless this one is fully booked.

It was so clean & new; bright & spacious; beds were very comfy, the kitchen had little things like cling wrap & plastic bags which were very handy; it had a washing machine/dryer which was unbelievably convenient; we could walk to the touristy places we wanted to see in within 30minutes! Having a car park was fantastic, it was a bit further down the road but amazing to have access to one!

It was perfect as it was

Was in Japan for 5 weeks and this was the best place we stayed the entire trip. Only 2 nights but wish it was for longer. Very comfortable beds, super spacious room and a kitchen with washing machine and drier which was epic to have after traveling awhile. Beds were very comfortable! Also free parking on premises right behind the building and super close to attractions. Highly recommend as it's such a good value!
