We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe breakfast is abundant with choices by Japanese standards. It's very authentic local food. Having stayed in many hotels in Tokyo, and this is really the best compared in any measure. The staff is super nice and courteous. The clean crew really pays attention. I have a small blanket. They always fold it nicely. The room has everything you need, and the location is fantastic. it is on the east side of the train station, not too crowded compared to the west side, but easy access to all the shops and food places.

The hotel very near to Takasaki station and we can walk through the sky bridge from the station direct to hotel. Very safe area and plenty of shopping store also department store, easy to find something to eat even late at night. Hotel so clean and staffs very friendly and helpful. My room is big enough. Would recommend to other friends
