Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomNothing. It was excellent.
Large, clean and confortable room. Perfect for a family of 4. The location was good: close - but not too close - to Akihabara so it wasn't a noisy or busy street. Full kitchen with fridge, and laundry washer/drier which made things easier. Comfortable beds. Good coffee, too! The staff were extremely helpful with directions. Would definitely stay here again.

New ZealandNot a lot of hanging space in bathroom area for towels/toilet bags which would be useful for families. Small inconvenience.
Short walk from Ginza line Suehirocho station and not much longer to Akihabara. 3 min walk to a supermarket if you want to use the cooktop in the room. Beds are comfortable. There is a washing machine and the whole bathroom becomes a dryer. Shower has good pressure. Excellent benefit as can wash and dry a load in a day. Office area was great to store a couple of suitcases. No street noise

The unit was clean, spacious and had everything needed for a comfortable stay including a complete kitchen. Cleaning service was provided everyday at your option and clean towels too. Location was convenient and there was a 7-11 opposite so there was no issue getting food & snacks. The front office staff were great and very helpful. I left my luggage overnight after checking out and on my way back to collect them, I messaged the staff to ask for their help to call a taxi as I was rushing to catch the last sky liner train at Ueno station. I gave them my ETA and when I arrived, my luggage was all ready to go and the taxi arrived within 5 mins. Amazing coordination and would like to thank them for their kind help.

United States of AmericaA bit far from some train stations, but there are also several close by.
Loved having a table, chair's, couch, and mini-kitchen. Alot of space for Tokyo. The bunk bed was pretty cool too. Also having a washing machine was nice.

The hotel location is great, close to several subway stops. The area felt really safe, and lots of little restaurants in close walking distance. The hotel room was very spacious, and quiet.

SwitzerlandLiked everything :)
We traveled as a family of 4 and this was our first hotel in our trip to Japan. The room/apartment was excellent in all aspects! The largest in our entire trip and the one offering the most ammenities. I was worried that the bunkbeds might be a bit too small for my children who are 20 and 22 years old and are quite tall. They were good size adult size beds and they felt very comfortable. Great family space with the study room as a huge bonus for bags and keeping the space clear. Fab washer/drier and the shower room itself is a drying room (I wish we had this available in other hotels later in our trip). Staff very friendly and always available. Room was very clean, and area is very quiet but surrounded with a fantastic 7/11 for all your needs, restaurants, drug store, etc. Accessible within 10 min walk to 3 tube stations... couldn't ask for more. Akihabara itself is a great area to visit and a great base to travel to all areas of the city. We absolutely recommend ENT Terrace.

United States of AmericaNo view except from the restroom, some families of 4-6 will find the space cramped if you are bringing a lot of luggage (aka a typical American overpacking family like us!), no room service for food but plenty of food marts and options available at ground level
Great location, quiet and private whole floor apartment, lighting and instructions clear and bilingual

United States of AmericaLack of cutlery in the room - only 2 plates and hardly any bowls - daily cleaning was pretty bad - would never make the beds - not take the trash out and pretty much do nothing at all. The place is expensive, would have expected a lot more.
Great location - very spacious for a family of 4 - best part was having a study which we used as a bag storage room which made it perfect to move around the space

MexicoThere ir an EXIT sign in the hallway in front of the door that was very bright in the night (a bit bothering for people like us who like to sleep in complete darkness) and I felt the pillows a little bit to hard, other than that everything was great.
Really practical room for families, I recommend it 100%. Staff very kind and helpful. Close to different metro lines. Seven Eleven and grocery store across the hotel. Everything in the room was super clean.
