I dont like the host always disturb me about booking.. here a few thing i dont like about this house: 1) The pillow is too thin. 2) kitchen look like like old house and messy 3) electricity always cut off. 4) the price actually expensive for the house like this.

The utilities were not very well maintained. There were toothbrushes offered but they seemed used and unclean. We also encountered a cockroach on the ground floor, which was very different from my stereotypical impression of a Japanese house.

The location is the best, very close to Kawaguchiko Station, also walking distance to Kawaguchiko and the cable car station. The house is very spacious. We only had four people but I guess it could also accommodate more than 10 people.

The mattress could be better if double the thickness, and the cover (quilt) reduce the thickness half.

Fabulous location. 2 min walk to the station and take most of the buses. Three washrooms.

It was freezing even when wearing our ski gear! The owner was lovely and heating was on when we checked in but we've never had to gear up like this for cooking and showering and toileting! Thank God for the warm toilet seats!

This place would be perfect in spring or autumn! Location was fantastic even for little feet, few mins walk to the station and a supermarket. WiFi was fast. The space was large and comfortable for our group of 9. The hot showers and water were lovely. The owner was really attentive. Price was great. Bedding was traditional tatami mats.

The house is too cold during winter. The sink taps weren't well heated and the water was freezing.

The house is extremely spacious and has a great location. Check-in was simple and the host arranged parking for us near to the accommodation.

Too cold and it takes time for the heater to warm the room. Kitchen and bathroom areas do not have any heater.

Very spacious room and short distance to Kawaguchiko Station. Lots of F&B within the area.

checking hours check in is late but u can leave ur luggage 4.00pm check out is early 10.00am however it is not big problems， because many lockers near the station

The owner is friendly and helpful rooms are spacious many toilets available can view fuji from the master room and the balcony which allows smoking and drying clothes many cooking utensil every room equipped with air conditioning got a large bath tub at the lower floor very near to the kawaguchiko station which is just 4minutes walking distance very convenient

at first before booking, it were stated there is free private parking available at the location (without any reservation needed) in the facilities. suddenly when we were check in we were requested to park the car elsewhere. We were complained by the owner and said the guest cannot park there. Please do not put the facility parking if there were no parking at the location.

Good location, water was very cold especially when we were there in winter, need an upgrading to the facilities and would be good to have heater along the corridor since the bathroom is not within the bedroom

It was basically a 1950s youth hostel with some rooms that smelled do bad our children refused to sleep in them and a terrible kitchen and awful thin mattresses on the floor

Old facility and power outage made us very uneasy and uncomfortable. The house is very cold during winter (December). We checked in at 8pm and checked out at 10pm as we are uncertain of what problems / situations we will face if we continue to stay. We paid for 2 nights but stayed for 2 hours.

We were a group of 10 family members coming to see Mt Fuji for the night! The property suited us as we were able to have a drink together in the communal lounge area and go out to dinner and return to a nice warm house as it was -4degrees outside!

in love with this house. so spacious huge and very japanese style and we have fuji mountain view so many toilets and bathroom inside and room as well. if another visit to fuji will definitely stay back here.
