The little apartment was lovely and complete, equipped with everything you could need. And the beautiful city view from the corridor is just unforgettable.

Modern, clean and cosy apartment with all amenities, comfortable size, great views of the city from both the passage that led to the room and the balcony. Seamless self check-in and check-out. We had an issue with the toilet that was rectified and the entire apartment cleaned for us again after the first night on a complimentary basis due to this. Location is not too far from the Dotonburi area by taxi, though not walkable and although we did not use the local train, there was a train station within view from the apartment, would have been 3-5 minutes walk at best. We were able to use the washing machine and the microwave. Kitchen well equipped with a fridge, stove top, microwave, electric kettle, some cutlery and some pots and pans, which we did not have occasion to use.

The apartment was very big for Japan standards. So much space It had everything I needed, the kitchen was big and so was the balcony. It was so convenient being able to wash my own clothes in the apartment. If you don't like how small most hotels are then you have to stay here.

It might be because we only stayed in hotels for the rest of our trip, but we felt like a reception desk would be a good to have, as you can't transfer your luggage there from another destination or leave it there before checking in (although there are some lockers, they're quite small for a normal size suitcase). It took us a bit to understand how the lock worked, but we figured it out eventually, and we preferred not to use the washing machine, as we weren't sure about the programs (it would be good to have some explanation, even in japanese, on how to use). These would probably not be issues if you're used to japanese houses or stayed in apartments before.

This was the most spacious accomodation we stayed in Japan, with large storage space for our luggage. There was also a little balcony, a kitchen and a washing machine. Clean and in a quiet neighbourhood, with a few really nice local shops and restaurants around.

Good location, near Metro Station (Daikokucho) but on a quiet street. Just a few minutes to Namba or Umeda. Nice to have washing machine/dryer, and a (small but adequate) kitchen. AC perfect and quiet.

Key entry into the room was fine for us but could be difficult if guests wish to access a room separately - other hotels we stayed at had pin access. We weren’t clear on instructions for check out, so asked another guest about what to do with our rubbish. The hotel is close to a busy road so we could hear sirens and traffic noise.

The unit was very spacious with a good sized closet. The washer/dryer was a good feature even though we didn’t need to use them. It was pretty secure and having a balcony was good. Also close to the station.

Mostly little things: only one tiny bedside table for two beds. Stove for cooking available, but no pots or pans to cook with. No USB charging spots.

Spacious, clean, comfortable apt. Good location close to subway. Washer available and shower room doubles as drying room for clothes. Comfy big beds. Small table and chairs for eating and big wardrobe for storage. Easy self check-in and good communication from hotel. Was better in real life than what we expected from the pictures on Booking.

A blackout curtain would be ideal for people like us who prefer to sleep in and aren’t early risers.

I really enjoyed my stay at this property. The location was excellent, convenient and easy to get around. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I also appreciated how quiet and peaceful the area was, which made it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. Would definitely recommend!

the place is very convenient, near Nankai station , one train ride to the airport, and only 3 min walk to Daikochu station which is one ride to namba and all major station. the place is quite, access is easy the unit is very clean and all necessity are there washing machine etc. the host is very responsive, Its almost perfect for me.. and we would love to come back thank you.

In one of the rooms we had the bed felt like it was about to collapse.The main road is nearby so there is a bit of traffic noise that filters through the windows otherwise all good.

The location was a very good base to visit the many attractions Osaka has to offer. The metro train station and the family mart are only a short walking distance. Tennoji station for the JR line is a 15min walk. You'll find money exchange, Don quijote and sinsekai district are within the same area. The host was very responsive when we requested fresh towels daily and any other requests were made.

It was a little tricky to find our apartment initially as it is behind an unmarked door that looks like a service area. But, other than that (and us not finding any drinking glasses), our stay was superb

A very nice, spacious apartment, with incredible electronic fixtures and fittings - all clearly explained in the house manual. We found the location very convenient - 2 minutes walk from the direct subway to Shin Osaka. Loads of convenience stores, supermarkets, and restaurants within 5 to 10 minutes walk. The management was highly responsive to any questions/requests we had. The only anomaly was that there were no glasses (for wine, water) provided! Otherwise, we found this to be a fantastic accommodation (we stayed nearly two weeks) and would return without hesitation

I liked everything.

The hotel is exactly as shown in the pictures. The location is great. Close to the train station and several convenience stores. The room is very clean and spacious. The shower is great. You can watch your Netflix on TV and the internet is good. Everything is very practical and anything I needed was taken care of very quickly and promptly. I highly recommend this place and will definitely stay at this hotel again on my next visit to Osaka.

Nothing major. Some issue with a bad smell coming from the washing machine, maybe have a look at the filter/tubes. Once used a bad smell stays in the room although the clothes do not smell. Locker at the apartment door was slightly hard. Luggage storage was not working the day we needed.

Quite spacious apartment with many great skills. Ventilation in the bathroom with option to dry clothes and washing machine with dryer has been a lovely surprise! Wardrobe space massive. Everything was organized around the space! 10/10

The locker room were not functioning. paper was missing and could not leave the luggage at the checkout. Not a big deal as there are many locker rooms in the train stations.

To take the keys was easy. At the beginning wasn't sure it was the property as the name is in Japanese, what made me understand i was in the right place was by entering the entrance code, so i knew i was in the right place. The corridor on the floors level is open, was a bit strange at the beginning but nothing major. Host was very responsive and the kitchen was great for me. This is an apartment which is much larger than the average Japan hotel, that for me was a great plus, suitable for 2 people. The location was a bit far from Namba, but one metro station, overall all well, this is not a luxury property but a very convenient one.
