I was concerned when we had to turn in our key everyday when we left but it was not a huge issue. Those at the front desk picked up our key quickly.

The service was excellent. The view was wonderful. We loved the drinks at snacks at night for guests.

I liked everything this is very minor but didn’t understand why they did not have key card but instead gave us physical keys and had to return them every time we stepped out.

The hotel was conveniently located to the major train stations, plenty of shops and food options. The staff was wonderful the room were spacious and clean. The view was great as well very romantic for couples. Enjoyed the breakfast that they served and the complimentary happy hour that they offered .

Simply the best room we ever stayed in - very comfortable beds but the widest (10 metres plus ?) ceiling to floor almost all glass window giving spectacular city views especially at night time. Most friendly helpful staff and a special shout out to Satsuki who welcomed us so well and the staff who did our room so beautifully for or special anniversary and also to the friendly bar staff especially Irene (Irish spelling 😇)

Large room with an enormous balcony with awesome city views and a table and chairs. A very comfortable and luxurious place to stay. The bar was a really nice touch for hotel residents with free drinks and nibbles and a lovely terrace to enjoy the night lights of the city.

While there were two beds in the room, the only other option for our 10 year old was a chaise lounge in our room. The hotel did provide bedding on request for her.

Harmonie Embrassee was one of the best surprises of our trip to Japan. Just a short walk from Osaka Umeda Station, the location is incredibly convenient, yet it still feels tucked away and peaceful. Our room on the 21st floor had spectacular city views and a huge outdoor balcony—such a rare treat in a city hotel! The room itself was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully stocked, with everything from hair clips to pajamas. This is a true modern luxury hotel, but with warmth and charm. The staff were kind and helpful, and the vibe felt more personal than corporate. A major highlight: the complimentary evening bar. We stopped by after dinner and ended up staying until 10:00, sipping sake, highballs, and even single malt whisky—much more than your typical hotel happy hour. Honestly, we kept asking ourselves if we just got lucky or if this really is a secret gem in Osaka. Either way, we’d absolutely stay here again.

Absolutely nothing

The room was well-maintained and offers a fantastic view of the city. The amenities, the toiletries are one of a kind. The best thing I love was that the room smelled so clean and it was really neat and super tidy. The place can be easily accessed and is near to mamy restaurants and shops. This hotel deserves a 5-Star rating. The staff were so accommodating and helpful at all times.

Everything was fantastic.

If you only have one place to stay on your trip - even for one night like we did as a special honeymoon treat - it has to be here. The staff are so lovely and an absolute delight to deal with. The room is huge! We did not been posh enough to deserve this room. They had free cocktails, beers and snacks from 7pm during our stay so we relaxed with our drinks overlooking the city lights. Can I live here? Haha.

The windows Soundproofing could be better and the rooom decoration was outdated. Also found it a little weird to have only one key (the old-fashioned one) per room which had to be left in the reception every time we went out and had to talk to the staff to get the key when we came back.

Very spacious room so our family of 3 could rest and do our own thing without bumping into each other. Great location. Close to great malls/department stores and cool stores. Walking distance from the subway. Delicious breakfast.

Loved the balcony and the view! Rooms are oddly shaped which works out to having a LOT of space which is uncommon for Japan. It’s a brief walk from the Midosuji line if you are using it to go down to Namba/Shinsaibashi area but I didn’t mind. Very polite staff! And it appeared to be a popular wedding site because of the view/chapel at the top!
