The beds - no springs, bad for the back, not comfortable at all, the placement of the lighting in the rooms were not great. We were on the 2nd floor and the towels/linen were all outside on the hallway, very unsightly. Also, patch up required on the walls of the second floor.

The hotel wasn’t on the main street, and it was a little scary to get back at night. The hotel is not big and rooms are too small even for Japan standards- we could barely fit 2 large luggages. The room was pretty cold as the corridor didn’t have windows and it was basically same temperature as on the street, but the AC helps with this. The most I didn’t like that even the room was clean, it still was tarnished, it could use a refresh.

It’s a small boutique hotel in the center of Osaka, walking distance from most of the interesting places. Beds were comfortable and we liked the Japanese breakfast.

Rooms were quite small but not unusual in Japan.

Centrally located, clean, hotel near Dotonburi, Namba station. Good base for sightseeing and lots of food, retail, nightlife and transport options close by. Hotel is clean and well maintained with a small restaurant downstairs if needed.

It was quite noisy when people on our floor came back late at night/early morning - it's very loud from the hallway and I could hear muffled talking from their room loudly enough that I had to put earplugs in.

The location was good near to kuromon Market and also near to namba n nibbonbashi station. The room itself was clean and amenities are provided.

No bottled drinks provided in the room which is unusual. The relatively late check in at 3pm and early check out at 10am.

I like the fantastic breakfast and the comfy bed which is big for twin size. The location is fantastic with many eating places around and easy to get to and from kansai airport.
