The hotel is near the Sapporo city centre and is easy to access. Our rooms had lovely views of mountains and Nakajima Park. We stayed there in winter, and the hotel was warm, clean, and cosy. Super friendly stuff. Recommended for anyone who wants to be near nature but at the same time close to the city vibe and its attractions.

The hotel is in a beautiful location, just opposite to the big Nakajima Park, which has many attractions for the whole family. The hotel stuff is very kind and helpful. The subway station is just 5 min walk from the hotel.

Super small bathroom, not many places to eat near here. The hotel is one stop away from Nakajima Park (Horohira bashi station).

The sink was too low, like it was designed for children. There was not much ventilation in the bathroom. Despite choosing a room with park view, there was no view as the windows were blocked by trees. Rooms on low floor (2nd floor) should be classified as room with blocked view instead

No heating air conditioner during April-May (when I travel to Sapporo). The air conditioner the hotel uses is a bit weird

Hotel is super close to the nearest train station (5 mins walking), room is large with good facilities. My family is very happy staying here. Our view is the opposite park, which is extremely pretty with sakura season

We love Nakajima park so the location was great for us. Since it was winter time, the location is directly across where you can rent cross country skiing for free! Also the staff was very helpful and kind. We really liked the Japanese breakfast and the super helpful and kind breakfast staff.

If they could provide some transfer services it would be great. The restaurant was out of service, so the only way to eat is convinience shop or restaurants at the center

Not that easy to reach if you have no car. Specially in winter, as all the roads are snowy. Cafe and restaurants are pretty apart. But the park nearby is beautiful.

Loved the location, directly across from the snowey Nakajima Park. You can hire skis or just play in the snow, which my daughter loved. Room was surprisingly big for Japan and very well maintained. Staff were amazing. Breakfast was a little average but wasn't a big deal. Close to city centre on the subway but far enough to be quiet. Loved our stay, would definitely go back!
