Location isn't that good if you travel by train, better take a bus from train station to the hotel, though it's close to other commercial areas. Room and bed was small.

This is the last time to stay ☝️ Basically OK, ordinary type hotel; BUT no complimentary drink bottles in room (during warm summer weather even) and no glasses in room even☝️(paper cups available upon request 🙃) … all said, in sum, an ordinary place.

The small room for using the microwave and laundry. The pillows are very hard and feel like they have small pebbles in them. They should have softer pillows as these hurt my next.

Good size for two guests(double room with two single beds). Location is good. Walking distance to train station, many shops around. The room is quiet. We could have a good rest after a day of activities. Facilities are well maintained. Good service at the front desk. All staff are very polite.

Mattress was a little on the hard side. No option for morning/afternoon tea, lunch or dinner, though they did provide free tea bags to make tea in your room.

Great location opposite the entertainment district. Good facilities: laundry, microwave, iron/ironing board, free amenities, e.g. free tea bags, toothbrushes etc, buffet breakfast, in-room fridge, kettle, good desk size, and bedside shelf. A 7/11 half a block away where you could buy a simple meal - they'd even heat it up for you and provide chopsticks.

The pillow is harder than I find comfortable and wish there were softer options. The humidifier/ air purifier could use a new filter wheel as it wasn't drained between uses.

This is a quiet and clean hotel near the heart of Sendai and an easy walk from the Station. I found it pleasant to work out of a bit (wifi was fast enough) and then see the city.

I suggest that the breakfast service rotate foods served. They offered the exactly the same food every morning. While I respect the fact that they serve regional food, I really wanted some variety. The coffee was barely acceptable. I did not like the curry.

The beds were comfortable. The showers were fantastic. The room temperature was well-regulated. The location was good: a 12-minute walk from the station. The staff members were helpful and pleasant. Breakfast: The fruit and the bread were great, as was the rice.

The room was comfortable and warm (which is important during winter season). I found everything I needed and even more - a good collection of skincare products was a great surprise! The breakfast is also very good, with local speciality foods and good coffee. The hotel is located not far from Sendai station, surrounded by shopping and food places, the bus stop is located right before the hotel entrance, so you can get to Sendai station in 5 min and to Sendai Daikannon in 25 min. Also thanks to the friendly and helpful staff!

Not so comfortable, no cooking tools with IH system in the room, a little far consents for electric devices was not so convenient, the entrance of the wash room was opened to beds area, we couldn’t keep quiet in the bed room. I didn’t like the honey tea.

Location, near to shopping road and any public transport services. Breakfast was good!

No onsite parking (to be expected) but there is a covered garage next door. (Was around 3,000 yen for a car there around 15 hours)

It was difficult to adjust the water temperature as it does not have an analogue heating system and the laundry machine were not good. It is a bit far from Sendai station.

The hotel staff were very cooperative and the check in was smooth. The overall look is good. The toiletries were nice. The room was cleaned regularly.

Spacious and comfortable room. Hotel provides free bath salts, which is amazing after a long day of walking. Best breakfast I've had in a Japanese hotel till now, varied selection and tasty.
