Room was a little on the small side, only one side of bed had a nightstand, it was a double room.

The bedsheets, toilet and all most used surfaces were clearly clean, however I felt like some corners of the room hadn't been cleaned or deep-cleaned in a long while. Noise was also a bit of a problem: the minifridge was very noisy, plus for some reason there was an atrocious thumping noise starting at midnight, both nights I was there. Maybe my room was located under a laundry room or something. Not the easiest environment to fall asleep in.

Location is best feature of this hotel: it's less than 5 minutes away from Nagoya station and various local train lines, plus it's literally above a giant department store with all kinds of shops (there's an amazing supermarket just in front of the hotel elevator on floor B1). My room was pretty spacious, with a very nice view on the trains. The hotel looks overall a bit dated, but like it used to be fancy in its heyday (which I liked)

Buffet breakfast was fantastic but second day of my stay, the breakfast was exactly the same spread as yesterday, however there was no unagi rice which I was so looking forward to eat.

Great location to all transport. And level 6 links directly to Muji cafe and shop, and also level 3 links directly to bus station. Staff was helpful n friendly. Check in and out were smooth.

THE HOTEL WAS VERY CONVENIENT AS I NEED TO TAKE THE TRAIN EARLY IN THE MORNING. HOTEL IS NEAR THE SHOPPING MALL. IT IS LOCATED AT THE STATION SO PERFECT FOR MY NEEDS.

Good location next to the Nagoya train station. Elevators from B1 connect with Underground Sun Road mall which connect to many underground mall and many train lines. 10 minutes walk to Yanagibashi fish market.

Super location. Just above the departmental store and Nagoya station. Room is spacious which is a surprise for a central location. Facilities are a bit old but clean.

Interior is very dated in to 90s style.

Hotel was within the main building of Meitetsu Bus station. It is very convenient to pop downstairs to board the bus to the next destination.

As it's a part of the Meitetsu Store, easily missed if not found carefully and the reception is not on the ground floor. The lift was so small that four people with three or four large luggage could occupy it.

Staff are helpful and professional. Confirmed with me the type of room I booked once more before giving a key card. Also it is located at Meitetsu and Kintetsu Train Station and short distance to Nagayo Shinkansen and JR; surrounding different types of shops, including department store, food, gift and ドラッグストア (Drug Store).

Room look slight run down but still very clean. Room facing JR station, hence it would be quite noisy when the train passes by, especially during peak hours.

Location within Meitetsu JR station. It is very convenient for self travelling with heavy luggage.

The air condition is central system. When we arrive in mid DEC, the air condition is turned into heater system. We found the room too hot and stuffy in the afternoon so needed to open the window. It was very noisy with the train coming when opening a window. The rooms are outdated and probalby had not been refurbished for more than 10 years.

Location is excellent, near train station, shops and restaurant. The room size is OK.
