Sometimes it get noisy as it is in the middle of a lot of bar and clubs and people may be loud. But the hotel gives you unlimited earplugs. Nice.

The location was less desirable due to some people hanging out specially in the evenings, smoking and talking loudly on the street just outside in the evenings.

The only issues I had were design flaws - the step up into the shower is a bit high and my older mother had issues with it - a small step there would have been helpful. The bed frame is smooth wood and needs something to help it grip the mattress better.

The location close to a central JR line, and a subway, and several large stores is very helpful. There is also a convenience store across the road with reasonably priced snacks and meals. The included breakfast was awesome - I never went hungry. The pizzas offered for dinner are also good. The staff in all areas went above and beyond. The mattress on the bed were very comfortable. I loved the quirky decorations around the hotel.I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Noisy, red-light neighbourhood. But we had a room high up so it wasn’t too bad.

Friendly, vibrant and informal. Comfortable beds. Nice shower room. Rooms are small but well appointed. The view of Sky Tree from our room was awesome!

Noise from the street (although they do provide free earplugs). In red light district so after dark you have to walk through some unsavoury streets and people to get to the hotel.

The location of our room.

This location was great - close to the train station. However our room was above a very noisy corner ALL NIGHT. We had to wear earplugs to block the noise. Next time I would ask to be on another side of the building. Breakfast was great and the room size well thought out due to the fact that many extra item for the room were hanging on the wall! Very clever!

The gym is a little small, but thats really a minor issue.

Location close to Kinshico train station is very good (the Rapid Train from Narita Airport to Tokyo station stops there, and its just a few minutes of walking). Young and friendly boutique hotel, extremely friendly and helpful staff, nice bar and restaurant to hang out. The room was very clean but not very big.

The room was on the small side. I don't think I could bring my wife here and fit comfortably. The biggest issue is location. Moxy is right by an apparent red light district and some locals laughed and shouted until about 4 a.m. each night of my stay. It was difficult to sleep.

The staff were awesome! They made the stay at Moxy worth it--especially Louie who speaks English fluently. But all the staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful. They helped me navigate the subway system and gave me excellent advice. The weight room is good and the laundry room is excellent.

Location was seedy. Not a luxury hotel for that price. Loby area and people staying there made it feel like a hostel.

I don’t know if we had the normal rate but it was significantly over priced. Paying $600 a night for that hotel is over rated.

The washing machines said they add detergent automatically, but I’m not sure it did our clothes didn’t seem have a clean smell after washing.. that could have been just that one machine though ..I would recommend bringing some extra pods to use.

We thought the location was perfect! It was a short 5 min walk to the train station which had the subway and bus in the same area, so we were able to get anywhere we wanted. There were plenty of restaurants in the area to choose from! The hotel was very modern and the staff was extremely friendly! The breakfast was great, they even used real eggs… the gym was good, it was clean and had what you needed… I would definitely book this hotel again!

The location is in the red light district so it can get loud late at night and some fast cars on the street if you are sensitive to noise when trying to sleep.

The water pressure on the rainfall shower was the best. Breakfast had yogurt, pineapple slices, bananas, ham(Europe bacon), scrambled eggs, makeral, cereal, juices, coffee machine, tea)
