We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Abkhazia, GeorgiaThe hotel is in a pretty isolated area. It felt a bit dangerous walking to places from there as we had to walk on roads with cars driving right by as there are no footpaths till a bit further away. Places were a distant walk away. There's not much to see or do in Narita but this a great place to stay if just stopping by before or after a flight.
The shuttle bus was really convenient as it made frequent trips to and from the hotel and Narita airport. There's a convenience store located near the hotel entrance that accepts VISA and other major bank cards, which was super handy as we came straight from the airport without any cash. The carbonara from the convenience store is a must-try!

JapanThere was no toothbrush, toothpaste and comb in the bathroom. I left my place in a hurry so I forgot to get my own. Also the bedroom closet door is a big mirror which is a little bit uncomfortable to me. Other than that it was a great experience.
The room space exceeded my expectations. There was a cozy feeling in the room. The view was also beautiful. I liked it.

it's very near the Narita Airport. Its provision for airport shuttle service is an excellent and a must have. The qym is good to have on a 24/7. it is equiped with a treadmill.
