Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Depending on flight schedule, hotel might be difficult to reach. No bus shuttle after 22:30 available. In the morning first shuttle leaves at 07:30.
Very supportive staff, clean and comfortable rooms.

We were in a non-smoking room but when exiting the elevator on our floor we could smell smoke. The cigarette smell would come into our room when we opened our door. The room did not have an independent air conditioner with a remote control. When you enter the room, you must put your Room card in a slot to use the lights, etc. When you place the room key in the slot, the air conditioning comes on, but the air is conditioning is not adequate. I had one other family member in my room and we were both uncomfortable with the temperature the entire stay, very humid weather.
The restaurant in the back of the property is fantastic! The staff in every location on the property was kind and attentive. They have a small market similar to what a 7-11 would have but smaller which is convenient. The gym is large and has many machines.

No drinking water (machines out of order, and the put the sign "tap water is drinkable" instead.) The only food or supermarket option is kilometers away, accessible only by car, the hotel is situated in literally nowhere.
Basic things like water 💧 for drinking should be supplied. The best thing I'd the free hourly airport bus. Really basic transit accommodation. They have PAID machines for water limited drinks and noodles

The carpet in the hallway has an old odour, but the room is okay
The free airport shuttle is the only reason anyone should book this hotel. It is old, and the carpet has that old smell, too. The staff is polite but the decor and everything else is super old. Would not recommend this for more than one night.

Free shuttles to the airport and the Aeon mall. Easy check in process. Vending machines, all facilites as mentioned including microwave in the first floor. Good gym as well. Inhouse convenience store.

It's isolated and the only way to get around is by bus or taxi. So if you're wanting to explore, definitely not here. More of a safe stopover.
We had a late flight and it was close to the airport with a free shuttle! Removed any stress we had about finding our place. Room was huge!

Rooms still smelled like smoke even though we were in a “non-smoking” room. Very outdated.
Free airport shuttle service was nice, easy check-in it’s mostly automated. Cheap place to stay after a long flight.

Nothing to do with the hotel, but there was a very large tour group from another country there when we were and every one was extremely rude. At breakfast, I had set my tray down at a table with no one around & let my daughter know where to sit while I went for coffee. When I returned not 2 minutes later, a large family had sat down in our spot & then had the nerve to tell me to move! They were rude to staff as well.
Room was surprisingly large, beds were pretty comfortable, the breakfast was great, and shuttle to airport was awesome. Staff was very friendly & helpful.

The rooms are quite old-fashioned. It would be great to renovate them to make them more modern.
The hotel is pretty close to the airport (only a 15-min car ride), and there's a parking that costs 4$/day if you stay at the hotel. The hotel lobby is pretty grandiose, and the staff is nice. The price is also very good, as we were staying there only for one night before going to Narita airport.
