United StatesWe were in a non-smoking room but when exiting the elevator on our floor we could smell smoke. The cigarette smell would come into our room when we opened our door. The room did not have an independent air conditioner with a remote control. When you enter the room, you must put your Room card in a slot to use the lights, etc. When you place the room key in the slot, the air conditioning comes on, but the air is conditioning is not adequate. I had one other family member in my room and we were both uncomfortable with the temperature the entire stay, very humid weather.
The restaurant in the back of the property is fantastic! The staff in every location on the property was kind and attentive. They have a small market similar to what a 7-11 would have but smaller which is convenient. The gym is large and has many machines.

Basic things like water 💧 for drinking should be supplied. The best thing I'd the free hourly airport bus. Really basic transit accommodation. They have PAID machines for water limited drinks and noodles

The free airport shuttle is the only reason anyone should book this hotel. It is old, and the carpet has that old smell, too. The staff is polite but the decor and everything else is super old. Would not recommend this for more than one night.

United StatesNothing to do with the hotel, but there was a very large tour group from another country there when we were and every one was extremely rude. At breakfast, I had set my tray down at a table with no one around & let my daughter know where to sit while I went for coffee. When I returned not 2 minutes later, a large family had sat down in our spot & then had the nerve to tell me to move! They were rude to staff as well.
Room was surprisingly large, beds were pretty comfortable, the breakfast was great, and shuttle to airport was awesome. Staff was very friendly & helpful.

CanadaThe rooms are quite old-fashioned. It would be great to renovate them to make them more modern.
The hotel is pretty close to the airport (only a 15-min car ride), and there's a parking that costs 4$/day if you stay at the hotel. The hotel lobby is pretty grandiose, and the staff is nice. The price is also very good, as we were staying there only for one night before going to Narita airport.
