Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

ChinaI think the lounge is too small, that’s not a enough space for ppl to eat and rest. Also you are forcing to leave your room every morning before 11am and u are not allowed to go back to the room before 3pm, it kinda doesn’t make sense, because if you forget something you cant get it.
It’s very clean and quiet

Nice capsule hotel in a calm area. Separate floors for male and female guests. I felt very safe.

Hong KongThere is only a thin curtain closing your pod, so there is some noise when other people are walking around. Also, the lockers are quite small and because everyone has to be out by 11am, the bathroom gets crowded around then (people were queuing for showers).
The pods are more spacious and comfier than I expected, and the staff are helpful in letting you know how it works. The building is nice, modern and clean. The street is quiet and it felt very safe.

PolandBed mattresses are quite hard (however it may depend on personal preferences), also if you get capsoule right next to the entry door it can be quite difficult to fall asleep since people are walking in/out.
Lockers are big enough to fit medium luggage, shower rooms are spacious with separate area for your cosmetics, etc. Appreciate that you can leave your luggage before you check in.

United Arab EmiratesThe locker provided is quite small, only large enough to fit a cabin-size suitcase and a bag. Since I had two suitcases, I had to leave the larger one in the storage room near reception. I appreciated that they were able to accommodate it, but it was inconvenient having to go back and forth between the shower/locker area upstairs, the storage room, and my pod. There’s no storage space on the pod floor, so you’re required to keep all your belongings in the locker. The shower area was slightly dirty, and you’re given only one a set of towels (bath towel and a face towel) for the duration of your stay. The provided pyjamas were synthetic, worn out, and quite uncomfortable.
loved the sleeping pod concept, it was a unique and fun experience. The pod itself was super comfortable with plenty of space to stretch out and get a good night’s sleep. I also really appreciated the sleep report guests receive after their stay, which was a nice touch.

AustraliaThe blinds let in a fair bit of light, especially depending which way your capsule faced. It was a bit of drag going up and down the elevator for the lockers. The first night the temperature was perfect and on the second it felt like they turned the ac off
The staff were super friendly and helpful. The capsule had good space and good access to charging ports.

United KingdomNot about the property itself but just the pod experience of being away from your locker and the bathroom which meant if you needed to go toilet or something you might be a way from where it is. Didn’t impact the stay just something to bear in mind.
It was calm and peaceful and very safe. I had the best sleep too. The facilities were great which a little toiletry set and pyjamas.

ColombiaDrunk people coming in in the middle of the night and making noise, but that is not the hotel's fault. However, it highlights the negative aspects of capsule hotels.
It's a capsule hotel, so you get what you pay for. That being said, of all the capsule hotels I tried, this was the most comfortable one. The facilities were clean and capsules are not lined one after the other, so it helps with noise.

ItalyThe only thing I didn't like was the space in the locker room. It would add a lot of value if they manage to create more space there where you can sit and change.
It was very clean, the capsule was bigger than expected and I could sleep very comfortably. I have slept in many hostels and this was the only one where people were really quiet, no noise nothing. I slept really well. Capsule and facilities were very clean.

GermanyThe lounge area is the most uncomfortable space I've every seen, as a group this hotel is a very uncomfortable place to stay, there is nowhere where you can sit down together. Lockers are very small, most of us could not fit their suitcase. Between 11 and 3 you are not allowed in the hotel, not even at the lockers with your luggage. If you are a group or plan to stay any time there except for sleeping, then this place is unsuited. Also black spots at the ceilings of the shower rooms. Pajamas are one size, if you are on the boobier side, they will not fit well.
The location is really good. Could be nice for people with small luggage, that travel alone and also don't have any intention to interact with others.
