It was raining and the lobby was damp which is unavoidable bring extra pairs of socks and some waterproof slippers

Washing mashines lint filter was dirty as hell. Cleaned it and no smelly clothes.

Host was amazing and very helpful! Helped us with our luggage and dropped us at the train station with all our luggages. Main Station is 16min walk. There is a station 2 min walk as well. If we had any questions the host was there and ready to help us. At first the room we were staying wasnt what we were expecting l. But host was happy to move us to a better room

Location was a hit and miss with the local train. You have to be aware of staying out after 10pm or else the local line may be closed. The metro line is about 14 min walk not too bad, but can harsh with kids after a long day of walking. The apartment was cozy. Washer was convenient, but make sure you go when it's warmer because you'll have to hang dry your clothes. The shower was spacious. However, I wish there was a tub to soak in. This place was great in value and quiet. Overall, the stay was nice.

It has a train 2 min away but it doesn't come often and at the night not at all. You have to walk 15' for the other nearest station. The owner does not reply fast if you need something.

1. The station is very near but it stops at 21:00. You need to go back around that hour if you dont want to use taxi (very expensive) or long walk from other station going back to the place. 2. You can hear the voices from the other room.

The AC/heater only in the main bedroom. Thats not cover whole apartemen. So the bed outside can not used because its freezing. Also when go to the toilet or kitchen or bathroom, we must run fast because ita so cold.

The entire apartment is ours, there is kitchen and also washing machine.

No lift but worth the money.

The room was so clean and comfortable. Fully furnished with Kitchen, Fridge, washing machine and TV. Water heater work well as well as the air conditioning. They also provide cookware.

When we arrived the host told us that we could get a more modern room at a location nearer to the centre. We thought this was a bit weird but we were tired from the journey thus we agreed. The other location was modern but a bit small.

A train rail is right behind the building so it can be quite loud. It didn't bother me too much because I could mostly sleep through it, but my family woke up from the noise.

This accommodation is quite different from what was shown in the photos: there was no garden view, it’s smaller than it looked, the beds are low while they appeared high in the pictures, and the room had less decor than shown. The kitchen has only cold water, while both hot and cold water are available in the bathroom. There is no wardrobe as stated in the description, so there’s nowhere to hang clothes. There are also no hooks for towels in the bathroom.

Very cozy and charming, but it’s far from the metro, about 18 minutes, and buses from the nearest stop don’t run frequently. However, the walk to the metro is picturesque, passing by lovely houses. Still, it’s very cozy and quiet. The beds are comfortable, and the bed linens are soft. Everything is exceptionally clean. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking and eating, including beautiful ceramic plates, a few forks, and chopsticks. The microwave is very convenient for reheating food. There’s also a power strip with multiple outlets.

No plates to eat off if you were planning to cook. there was only 1 roll of toilet paper for 3 people for a week, also no bidet.

The place was far from the city. I try to search for a place near dotonborri and was redirected to this place thinking that its near but its quite a struggle going out and coming back late at night as the train stops at 10 in the evening and taxi is also a struggle. There was a station just a minute walk but it stops early. Its a single line train and its close so early. But it is a good place and we have a restful stay.

The place is big and you can cook. There is a laundry but when we went there Osaka was pouring so I hadnt done any laundry at all.

The walls of the rooms are pretty thin so you are able to hear the other guests very clearly. The photos did not match the room that was provided.
