The stairs are too narrow. While there's nothing that can be done about it, an elevator doesn't seem like it would fit the building.

The location was close to Dotonbori -- only two stops. The shower was dated, but tidy. Love it that there's a laundry area downstairs. There are several konbinis and groceries around as well so you won't get hungry. The number of beds and the size of the beds are quite adequate too. Door security is faultless

The location is nice and quiet, and it's not far from the train/metro station. The room is very spacious with a nice kitchen and an awesome design of toilet and shower. The TV has Internet services, which is good to watch movies and videos.

Gotta climb stairs to get to the room. A challenge if you have heavy luggages.

It got pretty cold which meant the heater had to be on. The windows aren’t soundproof, so a lot of outside noises came in.

Bit loud at night. Unfortunately could hear neighbours clearly due to minimal sound proofing and insulation.

Good location in downtown Osaka. Lovely sento and bath houses nearby. Confirmation and check-in details received quickly with clear instructions. Property is spacious and well-equipped. Staff very kind and quick to communicate - I accidentally left an earphone and was thankfully contacted quickly by management to notify me and ask me to collect. Thank you again!

The only thing I would improve on is the check in instructions as they are in Japanese and the extra taxes on Booking.com that you will have to pay which equal the price of the accomodation shown in the app.. I only saw the taxes after they withdrew my money from my card so be careful to see the total price.

For someone travelling alone, it was more than enough and the fact that the washer and dryer are free to use made it worth the distance from the center.n

The unit had several significant cleanliness issues that detracted from our stay. Upon turning on the AC, a strong chemical smell permeated the room, forcing us to open the windows. Furthermore, the toilet room had a pronounced urine odor. In the bathroom, the shower was visibly unclean; the floor showed scum buildup and discoloration, clearly indicating it needed a thorough scrubbing. While the main surface areas appeared clean, these critical, high-touch areas were not properly maintained, suggesting the unit was not deep-cleaned between guests.

Overall, this unit has a lot of potential and some excellent features, though the cleanliness needs significant attention. ​We appreciated the nice location and found the room to be spacious. The provided amenities, especially the luggage storage and washing facilities, were a huge plus.

Spacious apartment, very comfortable for our big family of 7. Excellent facilities: washing machine, kitchen, living area, and bathrooms were all well equipped. Very clean and well maintained. Location is convenient – close to Nankai and Osaka Metro stations, easy access to Namba, Dotonbori, and main attractions. Great value for money compared to multiple hotel rooms. Smooth check-in process and good communication with host.
