Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

First hotel I stayed in the past week that management had everything explained in English and staff also spoke English. Made it very easy to use facility and understand food at buffet etc. I was impressed. Hotel is like new and modern. Really liked that they also accommodated a softer pillow than the usual high hard pillows. Breakfast was also great with many more foods than a usual breakfast buffet

located in a center of shopping and food stores. The hotel is very clean, confortable and there are veriety of ameneties like free unlimited breakfast, smoking room and more. The bathroom is very clean, the room is too, it is confortable to sleep and the lighting is good. nothing is broken, there is a fridge and kettle in the room. I cannot find bad things about this hotel, it looks just like in the photos. Considering the price and location, I put 10/10.

United StatesI have nothing at all to criticize, especially given the price!
A nice quiet room with everything you could want, just two blocks off the main outdoor mall. During booking, I was actually unhappy that the price included breakfast since I'm vegan and I assumed there'd be nothing for me to eat. I couldn't have been more wrong! The buffet offered a wonderful Asian-style salad and good coffee. Solid Internet, easy check-in, and an all-around flawless experience.

MalaysiaNo window views, just a brick wall on the other side. Nothing else bad about the room, and honestly most of the time I spent touring the city, so this isn't much of a problem.
Super close to the Shimotori Shopping Arcade so it's easy to walk to and from (5 mins). Can use the city tram from Kumamoto Train Station and stopping at Torichosuji or Shidocho (5 minutes from either). Staff were friendly and English instructions were available. Double bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was reasonably large too and had a bathtub. Lighting in the room had adjustable dimmers so very comfortable for the eyes in the early morning. Breakfast had Kumamoto's special fried rice and lots of different types of foods, very extensive and all delicious. Guests get a complimentary drink during happy hour.

United KingdomThe rooms in Japan can be a little small.
The location is ideal for the tram from the station which is on the red line. Also, for the location of the city centre.

Poland1. Hotel do not have it's own parking and provided map has not current prices for overnight stay. 2. Very small breakfast place. There were lack of seats so they have made up that you need to say at what time you are going to have a breakfast one day ahead - I didn't like that concept especially that it wasn't mentioned before booking a stay
I have chosen this hotel for one-night stay during my Kyushu trip. This is located close to streets with many restaurants and shops. The best thing about that hotel is the breakfast. There one various options and everything was fresh and tasty. Our room was with a big windows and modern bathroom which I really loved. I need to say that cleaning personal is doing all the best and wanna say thank you to them but hotel's managment should consider changing kinda used-looking bedlinen which seemed to be, not very hygienic or new. I really liked that they provided bottles of water with kumamon! I also do like the idea of providing pyjamas.. I just wanna say that you find a good price for staying here I would reccommend it, but if you pay double as we did I would've chosen other place.
