The location is just right in front of kawaguchiko station, which is such a breeze! The building is old building, but they kept a very good care of the facilities that it’s working perfectly. The toilet smelled good. The owners / staffs were very nice and helpful. Had a great time!

The hotel is facing Mount Fuji. The hotel room is accessible by passenger lift. Hotel uncles are so helpful and friendly, they gave me a Mount Fuji postcard when I checked out hotel

The location was directly in front of Kawaguchiko station and the room had a view of Mt Fuji. The mattresses in the tatami room were thick, high quality and comfortable. There was a generous amount of wardrobe space.

The view of Mt Fuji from one of the rooms was the highlight of my stay and the hotel' s close proximity to Kawaguchiko station was very convenient. The staff were friendly and welcoming, The facilities were comfortable, clean and functioning.

Nothing. It is a traditional Japanese room in an older style traditional Japanese hotel and priced accordingly. It’s very good value in a convenient location and has a view of the mountain.

The location of the hotel is excellent, directly opposite the railway and bus station and has a view of MtFuji. You can leave your suitcases at reception if you arrive before check-in time. The hotel owner is welcoming and speaks a little English. We booked a traditional Japanese room for four adults. The hotel lobby, room and bathroom was very clean. We had a view of Mt Fuji from the window in our room. You put your own futon mattresses and bed linen out yourself and put them away in the morning. The bathroom was a tiny cabin bathroom but plenty of hot water and clean towels, toothbrushes etc. and everything worked. There was a fridge, kettle and tv in the room and a low table and cushions to sit on the floor. The tatami mats were very clean and new and the futon mattresses were surprisingly comfortable, we all slept well. The hotel was quiet at night, other guests got up early to catch sunrise over the mountain and we did hear them because the walls are quite thin with it being a traditional ryokan room.

The view of Mt Fuji is fantastic! Imagine you wake up in the morning with the Mt Fuji view! It is near the bus and train stations and is accessible to anywhere.

This hotel is in dire need of refurbishment. This is nothing to do with the hotel, however as a warning to other travellers, if you come to this town, do your homework. Transport here is quite chaotic, especially in busy times.

We selected this hotel for its proximity to the railway station. We hadn’t realised that from the front gate, we had a lovely view of Mt Fuji. The hotel itself was pleasant and adequate. The staff were polite. We had to chuckle as we squeezed into the tiny lift. The room was a reasonable size, clean and fairly comfortable. The bathroom was clean and typical of Japanese hotels. We didn’t mind about not having breakfast or dinner available on-site. We found a lovely restaurant around the corner.

The room not provide bottle drinking water and check out time is 10am morning. We cannot drop baggage at hotel when check out while we waiting for our train.

The hotel location is perfect. Just opposite the train and bus station. My room view is Mount Fuji. Walking distance to Lawson and 7 eleven shop.
