Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

CanadaLocation near a tourist destination, the majority is foreigners, a bit loud. Slightly pricey for a capsule hotel, only had one tie lock for luggage storage.
Clean, cozy, had both makeup room and shower room (for females), can receive a bag with towels, slippers, and toothbrush, toothpaste.

IsraelThe small of the soaps in the showers wasnt good to say the least so maybe they should consider replacing those, and the staff was very strict with the check out time - not allowing even one extra hour even though there was no one checking in after me and they were far from being fully booked. they could easily have allowed me to check out at 11 instead of 10 but chose to refuse and only allow that for a fee. My first time encountering something like that in all of my travels
An amazing finish for my trip Japan. Great cabins, clean bathrooms, nice separation between the male and female floors and amazing location (8 min walk from the nearest metro station, 5 min walk to senso ji)

United Statesstaff was unbelievably helpful and kind. we stayed on the mixed floor where there was a mixed toilet stall area for bathroom but had a male and female separate shower section on the floor. water pressure was great and shower had a place to sit. lots of free toiletries provided in a very sanitary way, disposable brushes, toothbrushes , q tips, everything you can imagine. staff was always kind and helpful, made check in a breeze despite small language barrier. they always greeted us with a huge smile and made us feel so welcome, my only regret is not staying longer. pods are comfortable and include lighting controls, under bed storage, power outlets, small area for valuables, and hangers above the bed. 10/10 experience in every way imaginable :)

United KingdomIt was entirely perfect! No room for improvement
An absolutely INCREDIBLE stay in Tokyo. I’m a solo female traveller who’s traveled the last 5 not sh and this is BY FAR the best hostel I’ve ever stayed in. The most well thought out and luxurious facilities, incredible location right by a metro station and such friendly and helpful staff. It’s not a social hostel but there is a very peaceful common area where you can relax in the evenings. The pods are so comfortable, showers are fabulous and they provide so many free products (including hair dryers, straighteners, curlers, toothbrushes, razors the lot!). If you’re between any accommodations and this one, choose this one!

LithuaniaThere was a dude in a nearby pod drinking beer, burping and farting and you can hear people going to the bathroom in the night, so I would not recommend the place for sensitive sleepers. All is good if you have earplugs though! :D
We were a couple and we just wanted to experience the "capsule" type accommodation, though it is not a capsule, but a much more spacious sleeping pod :) the place is simply beautiful, amenities are everywhere free of charge, everything is clean. There is space for luggage under the bed with a key lock. You can control lights from the bed and have a night light or you can make it completely pitch dark. You can enter only certain rooms and spaces with your key card so there are no people wandering through wrong rooms. There is a men's floor, women's floor (with a powder room!) And a mixed floor, where we stayed in separate pods, but next to each other. Coffee tea free, there is a fridge, microwave - all you need for a short stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful too and spoke excellent English!

I really enjoyed my stay here. Excellent location, staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful everytime I walked through the doors. I stayed for two nights, the Saturday price was quite expensive but thats just the joys of staying in Tokyo I think! Everything was so clean and tidy. I would stay here again & highly recomend this hotel if this type of accommodation is what you are after.
