Like others mentioned, the breakfast stayed the same the whole time we were there. Wish they made some changes.

The location was great. Really close to Oshiage station. There’s a train that goes by the hotel but you can barely hear it. There’s a mall across the street and a store below the hotel which is very convenient. Our room was very spacious, worth the higher price.

They need to Focus in cleaning the bathtub, but overall the bathroom is clean. Also, the cost is quite high.

Just a recommendation the staff should be more fluent in English. They really tried though and everyone were extremely polite. I will definitely recommend.

You have to pay to sit on the first floor lounge.

We had the sauna room. It was amazing! Our double room was small but normal size in Japan. But we Samoan had a sauna room which was awesome. And it was so close to skytree and right next to a grocery store. Our floor also had a lounge that I really liked

Location was great. Easy access to transit and local sights. Staff was above and beyond helpful and so nice. Love the room layout and decor. Fresh clean and they have an amenities bar with everything you could possibly need for your stay.

There is hardly any hanging space for your clothes but to be fair that’s not unusual for Tokyo. Also it’s very awkward for taxis to pick up as there is nowhere for them to pull in

Buffet breakfast was excellent and room was very clean with housekeeping daily. The property location was great for easy access shops and transportation (there is a supermarket downstairs and a large shopping center/train station just across the road)

Only a minor thing is the washing machine taking 2hrs for wash is little too long. But everything is clean. Even the washing machine can be wash prior using.

Room is very spacious with high class design. Everything is spotless clean, including the towels and toilet. Staffs at the receptions are very professional and helfpul. Some always greets with a smile. Even the staffs at breakfast restaurant is amazing. All the facilities are there within the hotel. Including coins machine for 100 yen which you need in many places and foreign currency exchange. Washing machine with dryer also provided within the hotel with a small fees. A super market located right next door. Opposite is the shopping centre. Close to metro stations. I got a pretty view at night opposite to the shopping center. With the taxi stops. Looks better being in person. Really love the stay and everything offer.
