We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I also enjoyed their lounge where they provide complimentary tea and snacks. The matcha welcome drink was also quite nice. Very spacious rooms for the price we paid!

Staff was super friendly! The welcome drink was amazing and we felt right at home. The staff went above and beyond when I lost my hat and phoned a local taxi company for me as the hat was of sentimental value. Every day when we came back from our trip the staff greeted us and was very pleasant! When we left the staff noticed we had left two kitkats in our fridge and came downstairs to give them to us. They really cared about the small details.
