We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

SingaporeLack of double bed room for single traveler, I stayed in a room with twin beds and it was rather small as there was no way to join the two beds together.
The close location to Hakata station, staff was professional and friendly. Breakfast was oriented towards Chinese cuisine so might want to give it a miss if that is not what you have in mind. I had expected a more Japanese/western spread. Biggest drawback is the absence of fresh fruits as they only serve canned cut fruits which are full of sugar. Some fresh bananas or melons would be most welcome.

AustraliaThe staff were fantastic and so very helpful and did everything to make sure our stay was comfortable. Which it was. We travelled with three people and it was a good size room as well. They had pocket translators as well, so this helped with my broken Japanese at Reception. They had good facilities too, they have secure coin laundry facilities. The beds were comfy too. Highly recommend this hotel. I really loved the location so quick to get to from the JR Hakata Station but it was the staff, second to none that impressed me. They were great. Housekeeping did a great job, and the hotel left bottles of water every day they cleaned the room. Close location to rental cars and convenience sores and restaurants are in walking distance, so is Canal City. Would stay here again. Thank you to the staff.
