Perfect location; close to the main Namba & Nippombashi station, as well as a large amount of shopping centres. Rooms were very clean & organised, making it a very comfortable stay. Staff were also incredibly friendly & multilingual!

Just a minor thing--water, toothbrushes and other little amenities given in hotels were only available upon purchase. But there were bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower. The water and other drinks in the lobby fridge are paid at the counter and the prices were more expensive than the convenience stores.

Location was great--it's by a main road, very close to Denden Town, Namba station and Kuromon market. Even Dotonbori is only about 30 minutes walk away. Room was small but clean and most amenities were available. The bed size was also enough for two Asian-sized people.

The breakfast was poor. The value for money was not good, as Osaka is half hour away from Kyoto and our hotel in Kyoto was exceptional for less money. It also felt like the staff were monitoring our every move but I guess that is part of their job.

Convenient location. Walkable distance to Dotonbori district and to the train station. We were able to check in a bit earlier and leave our suitcases. Really close to Edion Arena Osaka as well, where we went for the sumo tournament.

Toilet was a bit small for my size but not too much of a problem.

It was close to Namba Station and Den Den Town. They also offer umbrellas for sale at a cheaper price compared to convenient stores. Beds were comfy and the room was spacious enough for me to sort my stuff. There's also a big gashapon store right around the corner of the hotel.

Room is not noise proof so you would hear things.

The location is the best, close to Dotonburi and fish market by walk and you could escape for some party easily, surrounded with restaurants and NAMBA station is huge hub to connect to other places.

I don't like they ask me for my full home address for the sake if I left things behind. They said it is not for marketing... Perhaps I'm just paranoid, but I'll prefer providing mailing addresses after I have a need for postal services...

Sound proof works well but it doesn’t shutdown the noise from outside the room. You can hear people talking in the hallway. In the early morning.

The air flow was good inside the room, maybe the staff have turned it on before check-in.

Very small room compared to the price. Wasn’t able to open windows. It was OK for one night just to catch the train to the airport.

WiFi signal was poor

Quite close to Namba train station, and has plenty around like convenience stores and hobby shops. Staff were also very friendly and willing to help where necessary. Room itself was a decent size for a solo traveler, but will only fit 2 people max. Room itself is pretty average, nothing special but does the job.

the refrigerator in the room can only keep things fresh. the pipe in the bathroom is kind of stuck, but still usable.

price is wonderful and equipments are in great condition, also the room is very clean.
