The breakfast.... you can choose 1 of the 2 available dishes. There are in total 5/6 dishes but no matter what time you go to have breakfast, they tell you that they are already sold out. My advice is to make the reservation without breakfast, you are in the center of Shibuya and you can find a lot of other places.

The location was amazing, the Shibuya-chaos and scramble square is just a 10min walk. The staff was very nice and helpful. Our room was bigger than others we have stayed at in Japan.

Location 11/10 - Perfect spot in Shibuya near lots of restaurants and shopping, and only 500m to the station. Family Mart next door for snacks and easy walk to Harijuku. Room was compact but more than enough room for two adults.

The window doesn't open fully (probably safety reasons) and the glass was frosted, meaning there's no view. The room itself was pretty small and more like a narrow triple room with three single beds rather than the two twin beds + sofa bed option that was described online. This turned out to be fine for us as there were three of us traveling together and we were out all day, but if I had been expecting a sofa area I would have been very disappointed. Basically looked nothing like the picture. The furniture has seen better days, though everything was clean enough.

Fantastic location between Shibuya and Harajuku on Koen Dori. Surprisingly quiet at night as it is on the edge of the commercial district near a school and a residential area, but easy to walk down into the hubbub of Shibuya. You do have to cross the famous Shibuya Scramble to get here from the station. Easy walks uphill to Yoyogi Park and Meiji Shrine or to the Omotesando and Aoyama. A stone's throw from a plethora of food options, but it was still nice to have a cafe on the ground floor for the occasional quick espresso drink! I enjoy the old-school Tobu hotel building and decorations, feel like I'm in the nineties. Very polite and professional front desk and housekeeping staff.

Great location in the heart of Shibuya, a couple of streets away from the main lights and noise. Three of us fitted into the room in 3x single beds. Opposite the very delicious Flippers pancake cafe.

There is nothing I didn't like. I would happily come back to stay again. Great hotel for the price and even better location to Shibuya station and Shibuya crossing.

The room, even if it was comfy, looked quite old. The price is more based on the location than the quality of the room

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. You can choose between Japanese or a more Western style. The hotel has a laundry room (open from 8 to 22) with 2 washers and 2 dryers, and you can buy detergent on the lobby.
