Room - Room size was bigger than usual. Room layout was great, I was very comfortable and there was enough space for my luggage and shopping bags. There was a balcony where you can dry your washing. Booking came with drinks, coffee, and snacks so that was a pleasant surprise! Shower area was spacious, amenities were complete + extra towels and TP. Aside from the standard electric kettle, the room had a microwave oven, and an induction cooker with all utensils - and a sink for washing - perfect for long stays. Bed and pillows were comfortable! Location - Location was ideal. I traveled alone and it was easy for me to pop back in after shopping to drop my bags off, or for a quick rest and shower before going back out in the evening. The property is on a quiet main road, and right at a crosswalk. It’s an easy 9 minute walk (600m) to the dining and shopping area around ROX, Donki, and Sensō-ji. There’s also a Family Mart across the street in case you get late night munchies. Checking in was super easy. There’s a small waiting area on the ground floor in case you arrive before 3pm. Staff was awesome! Checking out was even easier - just drop the keycard in the box. Property is very responsive on Booking .com Messaging. It’s hard to find a hotel room in Tokyo of this size and with this price. After my Booking .com discounts and Genius Rewards, this was great value for money.

Really good place with nice personnel! Comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, quiet neighborhood with shops and eating places. Metro is around 10-minutes by walking (different lines). At the ground floor you can use washing machine and collect some toiletries. I would stay here again.

Ventilation wasn't as good so had to open the window a little.

The 10th floor family room as a good place to stay for one night. For Tokyo it's a pretty large place :-) The refrigerator even included complementary drinks! Thank you! Checkout is from 11 but for a reasonable amount (1000yen per hour) we where able to prolong until 13.

Location right between all the metro lines so had to walk 10-20mins depending on which line you wanted to take. Overall, not a big deal for a great hotel.

Lovely clean modern space. Staff were very helpful and allowed us to store our luggage while we traveled to Seoul for a few days before returning to stay at the same location again for our final night in Japan.

Staff are not always present and I couldn’t get a response while already staying there and trying to reach them by Whatsapp supplied at the reception. However on our day of arrival and departure they were present and communication was handled with a native-level staff member either F2F or through a call by the other receptionist not speaking English.

Most likely a last-minute steep discount led us to this facility. Good but not great connections. We got the spacious family room with a mini-kitchenette. Very friendly staff when they are present.
