The two chairs in the room were office chairs, which I found a bit strange. The layout of the room was a bit awkward with the beds too big and not possible for everyone to use the sofa. There was no room cleaning service available.

The ocean is just right outside. It is actually a nice place for free diving. A few nice restaurant options around too. The toiletries offered were good quality. The soundproofing of the windows was good since the sound of the waves is quite loud.

No shower toilet. This is very important facility for my staying. I did not check the hotel toilets is with shower toilet or not , because of standard equipment in Japan. Be careful, if you need shower toilet.

15 minutes walk to American village. Just in front of beautiful ocean , great location for morning walking with seeing people who enjoying surfing.

I wish it had Japanese toilets, and a comfier mattress. Maybe an extra pillow as well instead of just the one!

The staff were great. The guy at the front desk helped me when I had issues with my room and key too. Always smiling and willing to give help. Room with balcony is so nice, such a cool location with the sound and views of the sea.

The sea view is spectacular. Facing the sea with perpertual roaring waves, it doesn't get any better than that. The staff are friendly and accommodating too. Enjoyed the stay.

Bikes are really old and small. I’m 173cm and struggled cycling with The biggest one.

Staff are nice and keep it simple. Try to help as much as possible. Free coffee. Closed to traditional restaurants and dive centres. Quiet.

There is no good beach nearby, the hotel has no swimming pool, and the supermarket and money exchange are a bit far to walk in the heat. Hotel reception closes at 10 pm.

The view from the balcony is amazing, although there are no chairs to sit and enjoy it. The Staff in this hotel is very friendly and helpful- they all were delight of my stay- they called a taxi for me and advised on the local area. The toiletries provided by the hotel were lovely.
