The room facing Odawara station can be very noisy till the late night as the station is very busy with all types of trains running all day.

The shower head was a bit clogged, and the ventilation was a bit dusty. Otherwise, everything was very clean and well maintained.

Very good location in Odawara. Amazing food court just on below... Very good breakfast with a view of a beautiful Odawara Castle. Very good public bath with open air bath and sauna.

Excellent location Difficult to find the building and reception area. Did not find signs which direction to go to find the building from the train station. In the evening I went out shopping, coming back to the building were several restaurants but all close by late evening. The elevator was confusing to find. With 3 elevators it seems only 1 elevator was working in the late evening. I had to try all 3 elevators which one will open. Other than that the facilities is pretty good. Food was good.

Still a bit hard to find lobby, the first lift you see coming from the station says the lobby floor is restricted and there I lack of signage in the building (you see at first a food court.

The property is very close to the Shinkansen station, making an excellent alternative to hakone if you plan a day trip only there. Hotel is good

The lifts were shared with public so getting to reception was difficult or back to the hotel as it’s shared with other offices or shopping areas.

For Americans the rooms could be small. We knew this before and made sure to pick the right larger room. I would suggest making sure people double check room photos before booking (especially for large suitcases). We LOVE our room but again we knew what to book

Breakfast is always great. Super friendly staff (we spoke English and used translator apps). GREAT location- basically in the train station, walkable to many restaurants, stores, and transportation (ie bus, taxi, train).

Tatoo restrictions for onsen access. I don't have any, but my friend does and it should be obvious that a white woman with a moth tattoo is not a yakuza.

The room was slightly small.

Location. The hotel was located right next to the Odawara train station. There were many restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The breakfast buffet had a good variety.

The room size was small but still reasonable for one person. A couple would not have enough space for 2 suitcases.

The Hotel is perfectly located at the train station. Still very quiet even being close to the train tracks. My room was facing the sea which was really nice. Breakfast had a very good selection, mainly Japanese dishes.

We found it hard to find the hotel even though clear instructions were given to us. After an 8 hour flight , 11:30 at night and it's very cold things seem to be harder to find. Maybe a hotel sign at the bottom of the stairs, which are on your right, pointing up the stairs would help.

Being attached to the station was very convenient when you arrive very late at night. The room was very clean and a decent size. Would love to stay here again but for at least 3 nights so we can explore Odawara and also catch the switch back train to Gora.

Really difficult to find entrance as no signage in station. Instructions were not very clean so spend 10 mins walking around before we actually found it as all part of the station complex

We had to pay onsen tax which we didnt want to use. No gym.

Accessible to Odawara station, taxi stand, F&B outlets. Nice breakfast cafe view.
