It's the first place I have ever been where you access the bath/shower from the end, not the side! This isn't a massive issue, but if you have mobility issues, it might be worth considering.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, view was fantastic. There are certainly fancier accommodations - but we really enjoyed our stay here. There were plenty of clean towels, the staff were very friendly on check in, it's really close to the train station and easy to find. When we arrived, the fridge was stocked with water. The rooms are also quite big by japanese standards.

Amazing view of Mt. Fuji. It is expensive but it is the price you pay to wake up with the view of Mt. Fuji. Location of the hotel is around 10 minutes walk from Kawaguchiko station. Location is quiet area. Design of the hotel is minimalistic. Friendly staff.

The soundproofing could be better. My parents’ room was near the entrance and they could clearly hear luggage being dragged and doors opening and closing. If you're a light sleeper, I’d recommend requesting a room on the first floor away from the main entrance - the view is equally awesome.

The view of Mt. Fuji from the hotel was absolutely stunning — we had a clear view throughout our stay, and it truly took our breath away. The location is just a short walk from the train station, nestled in a quiet residential area. While dining options nearby are limited, it's only a short walk to the city center where you'll find more choices. The room was spotlessly clean (as expected in Japan) and the bed was very comfortable. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back again!

Nothing much actually, it’s not brand new but clean overall so we’re okay with it. Bedding and pillow are not the best but we had a good sleep both night so yeah we’re fine with it too. If we must point something then it would be the toilet, there’s no place to hang towel or clothes when you shower, a simple hook or towel bar would be great.

Definitely the view from the room! Huge glass window with Mt Fuji right in front! Great location too, it’s just 650m walk from Kawaguchiko Station. They even provide free self-service laundry room with both washer and dryer, sweet touch!

Really nice front desk staff, bicycles to rent and umbrellas to borrow, ~10 minute walk from the train and bus station. Beautiful view of the mountain on a clear day! Clean rooms as well and comfy beds

The view was amazing. I couldn’t have asked for a better room. Thank you for being such welcoming hosts. The hotel was lovely and we were able to enjoy dinner from 7/11 on our balcony :)

It can get really warm in the morning.

Loved the ceiling to floor windows and the view of Mt Fuji from every single room. The suite was spacious for a family of 6. Location wise it was close to the train station and restaurants.

The view was superb and the staff was helpful. The microwave and fridge in the room was useful to heat up convenience store food when food places were not open during the new years. Mt Fuji was not shy and I highly recommend watching sunset and sunrise to make the most of your stay.

The location is a bit obscure to find. We had 2 drivers driving us to the hotel and out of the hotel and both mentioned it was a bit challenging to find the hotel.

The view is just amazing. This is the main reason we got this place. The waking up to the grand and majestic Mt. Fuji tops everything else.
