United StatesLocation was great - far enough away from the glitzy main station area but close enough. Room was well appointed but a little small. We had 3 suitcases which was a squeeze to accommodate comfortably. The breakfast /snacks were disappointing, but the location is surrounded by hundreds of bars/cafes/restaurants of all types within easy walking distance. It's a good hotel option for being in downtown Fukuoka.

Stunning room! Really love the interior, it was spacious enough to fit our 2 large suitcases. The beds were big and comfy. The room was soundproof so got really good sleep. Got a complimentary breakfast which was good, staff were friendly and helpful - we dropped our bags off around 1pm, and when we came back later they had already put our bags neatly in our room for us, which was really nice! :)

NetherlandsThe design elements in the room need maintenance - natural stone in shower smells terrible, light carpet is stained, wooden details show wear and tear. Room is small and red ambient light of exterior of the hotel turns room red as well. Not the relaxing stay I’d hoped for.

South KoreaSuperb! The reception was awesome and the staff really professional and kind. The room exceeded our expectations. Hotel is actually quite small in terms of rooms but we appreciate it because it was calm. Breakfast was made on spot by the cooking staff, really pretty and delicious food.

SingaporeThe rooms are a little small which is expected in Japan. It will feel cramped if you are traveling with a lot of luggage else it should be alright .
The staff is excellent, super helpful, they get the room cleaned up, towels, toothbrushea etc. were replaced everyday, which may sound obvious, but I did experience in Japan that in some hotels for stay over 5/7 days only housekeeping is provided. The location is pretty cool, you are close to Tenjin and have access to all the shopping districts and yummy food. The canal city is also walkable, if you enjoy evening walks , it's amazing. The Subway is 4-5 mins away and you can reach Hakata station , which is two stops away, alternatively if you enjoy walking like us, you can walk to Hakata Station (15-17 mins).

AustraliaAlthough the staff went out of their way to make breakfast a good one for me as I am vegetarian, breakfast was really geared to Japanese, not international guests.
The staff were incredibly helpful in any questions we had about things we needed to do in Fukuoka. The hotel was clean, accessible, comfortable and the room was well appointed.
