IsraelPerhaps one nitpick is the fact that the bathtub is a bit small to be actually used as a bathtub, and there was a mysterious door in the middle of the room (perhaps can be unlocked to join with another room).
This was my second stay at the hotel, in both cases it was chosen due to a good price, and the proximity to the train station, as it's just on the corner from it. There are also lots of convenience stores nearby. The room is comfy, and in the case of this stay also had a lovely view of the station. The window can be opened for ventilation, and yet the noise isolation is good enough that when the window is closed it's silent. Wi-fi worked well in the room. There's a great work chair by the desk Breakfast was good, it's a pre-assembled set of western or Japanese style, with a few buffet options on the side. Can't comment on washers-dryers and the hot bath as haven't used neither during the stay.

The receptionist and even the girl in house keeping speak very good English. I can ask as many question as I need to. The hotel is conveniently located close to the JR station. Shops and eateries are close by as well. The room is clean, quiet and comfortable. I had everything I needed and I slept extremely well there.
