Great location close to train and hop on hop off bus station. Many restaurants located at station and in shopping malls behind and under station. Stayed for 2 nights and would have liked to stay longer.

Nice room, complete with a smart TV that has apps like Netflix and Disney+, and a big desk/table with a sofa. Great use of the small space. Right next to Komeda Coffee, great for breakfast.

Nice hotel, close to the station around 5 mins walk. The public bath was great and there were lockers (free to use) to store my luggage after check out.

Hard pillow, dunno why most hotel I stayed this trip.has no option for a fluffy or softer pillow. They used recycled rubber pellet / tubes as pillow filler. (They were use to be some sort of seeds (sobakawa).

Local from train station was close. Coffee shop beside hotel, conviny store.near by. Hotel very clean, good hotel amenities, nice onsen x2, our room was spacious and modern. Except for the hard pillow and whole stay could have been perfect.

The breakfast is served by a local cafe on the first floor, and there are quite a lot selections. The hotel iteself is near the Hiroshima station and very convenient for people with large luggages. Space in room is not very big but this is rather a common thing in Japan.

Location right next to Hiroshima Station. Very clean and comfortable room. The onsen was exceptional with both indoor and outdoor facilities. Great value.

The public bath was very crowded in the evening after dinner time - often not possible to enter because they were limiting the number of people.

Location is great, just 5 mins walk from North Exit. The room is very new and clean. It's worth for what you pay.

First night we arrived a bit late, so the hot pool was full and all washing machines in use. The second day we came back a bit earlier and really enjoyed the hotel.

Everything is very clean and modern. The location directly next to the train station is very convenient. Breakfast is in the Komeda coffeeshop next to the hotel. It's quite nice for both Western and Asian taste.

The AC was a bit temperamental. If you are a light sleeper, you might not like the infrequent noise from the main road. There were only 2 elevators and they got crowded from time to time.

The proximity to the train and bus station (only 2 min walk). The hotel room was spacious enough and clean. The breakfast was quite basic, but tasty.

The location was spectacular. So central and conventioneer. Also quite luxurious for the price! One of the best places I stayed in Japan.

Hotel only have 4 washing machines. Guests have to Q-up and some were waiting outside the laundry room. Should have more floors with washing machines

Good location. Less than 5 mins walk from Hiroshima station. Next to hotel there is a nice coffee shop. Clean..bed was comfortable. They have public bath at 10th floor. Women public quite crowded around peak hour Essentials facilities- washing machines, vending machines , microwave.

The location is right next to the Shinkansen station, which means it is very useful when arriving and carrying heavy luggage. This also means it is a short walk to the outside of the station where you can catch one of 3 sightseeing buses and/or walk to the tram stations on the opposite side of the station. There are some Yokochi (alley ways) within walking distance that have many local small restaurants and bars, at the south west of the station, accesses by an under-pass from the left of the hotel.

Tourist bus, tram and train station are close by. Very convenient for sightseeing. Lots of restaurants in and around the station.

The pillows were very hard and uncomfortable, there were no glasses in the room, only plastic cups, and you had to pay for a brush and razor.

The hotel is modern, the room was nice and breakfast, which is provided by the adjoining Komeda coffee shop, was very good. The staff were very helpful and were happy to store our bags until check-in time.

Staff service. The receptionists are cold and not so friendly.

Great location but service is not so good. After I checked in, I was told that I cannot stay in my room for four hours on the following day due to the black out. This was not informed earlier via email and the staff said they made an announcement on this on the web site and she did not seem to be apologetic about this inconvenience. I found the receptionist attitude was impolite and she bluntly told me the hotel is not planning to compensate for this inconvenience. Later on, I made a fuss about this inconvenience as I could not work in my room and had to kill time for four hours, then the hotel manager decided to pay me back partially for these four hours. The manager apologized profusely and did the right thing, but the hotel should have informed early via email to all the guests in advance. Also, I felt the receptionists tend to ignore the guests when we go out and come back in. They act very much business-like in their actions and I never saw their smiles. The location is very good, but it's a shame that I did not receive any hospitality from the staff.

Excellent location very close to the station. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Dropping our luggage early was no problem, so we could explore the city prior to check-in in comfort. The hotel is very well maintained and very clean. Our room faced the station, but there was minimal noise, so we had a good sleep.
