Nothing! We were only here for 1 night, but it was perfect for what we were looking for. I wish that we could have stayed here longer!

The check-in process was easy. The room was good value for a private with a bathroom. I liked that the sink was outside of the toilet/shower area. Everything we wanted to see was within walking distance, but it's also close to many bus stops. It was very easy to get to the bus that took us to the airport as well. There were a lot of surfaces in the room to place our things, despite being a budget room.

The location was super great, just a few minutes walk from peace park and downtown. Staff were very friendly, breakfast was good and the room was more spacious than we expected.

One of the room had only a very small window with almost no light getting in, but it’s due to the building itself, not a big issue to sleep (actually better to sleep☺️)!

Location of the hotel is perfect. Staff was very nice. We had the chance to get a big room with 3 beds which is not common in China, our 3 boys 18 and 15 yo, all of them more than 1,9m really appreciated it !

The rooms are small, but that's expected in Japan. The breakfast isn't good and there's no choice.

The staff were friendly, but would only direct us to a map when we had questions. We wanted more direct answers as to which bus lines.

The place was super cute with a cat theme. The bed was large and very comfortable. The rooms were small as to be expected. Great location.

Nothing to highlight. To note however that we booked an accessible room by mistake (i.e., the room was prepared to accommodate people with mobility problems). The room was really great but I am not sure how regular rooms are. In any case, if you even you have mobility problems, I'd highly recommend this!

Hotel decently located with several restaurants and bars at walking distance. To get to the Hiroshima Peace Memorial you need to get on the subway, but the station is also very close and the trip relatively short (3 or 4 stops).

The room got quite humid. Could be because it was also humid outside though. Airco did not fix this. Also the dryers in the laundromat were not very good.

The capsules are not so soundproof, so it's easy to hear others pack/unpack or walk inside the room.

The room is rather small, but it was sufficient for a one-night stay. We had a good night’s sleep, though. Just keep in mind to travel with a small backpack or piece of luggage—otherwise, you won’t have much space.

The hotel overall is amazing. The design is very futuristic and eye-catching. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, providing us with a lot of useful information and helping us check in quickly and smoothly. The open space where breakfast is served looks fantastic—very modern and stylish. We stayed for just one night and had breakfast in the morning. They offered a small selection of dishes, but everything was very tasty. Although the room was quite small, it was sufficient for us, especially since we didn’t have large suitcases. We truly enjoyed our stay at this nice, youthful hotel.

Nothing to say. It would absolutely stay there again! Bedroom was small, but the space was correctly used and had everything you need.

There were complimentary treats. The bed was extremely comfortable! We felt lioe were sleeping on a cloud. Breakfast was good and fulfilling. There was laundry available.

Japanese rooms are small so that is an adjustment. The step up into the bathroom was a bit of a challenge but the bathroom and shower were excellent.

The location was perfect for exploring the peace sites. The loop bus stopped minutes away so we explored around the city with ease. The staff were always helpful.

This is a great place to stay for a few days- convenient to tram stop, close to beautiful Peace Park & other sights, and friendly staff. Our room was spacious and having the kitchen facilities and lounge area to eat and relax was great. Highly recommended 👌.

The washing machine barely washed our clothes, and the dryer didn't dry at all despite almost 2 hours!

The cafe was overpriced and had limited options so we bought meals outside - although the craft beer was delicious (had the IPA) albeit pricey.

It was so comfortable and clean. There were board games for the kids. So safe and quiet for families. In a good location. The staff were friendly and attentive to our need (gave us extra pillows on request).
